Best Kept Secret On The Vegas Strip!

It doesn't get much better than The Jockey Club. The staff were all very friendly, the location was amazing, and the room was ... very large! A two night stay on the strip for $172 was a steal. I had friends who stayed at the MGM for almost $400 and the room was half the size of the one I stayed at. I am never staying anywhere else when in Vegas.

The hotel is smaller in size to the mega hotels nearby. The room was very large with lvng rm and full kitchen, king bed was ... comfy and walk-in closet and tile floors was a plus. The hotel is under construction with remodling going on. No casio or restraunt. The road out front is tore up so wooden walkways have been provided...can be quite congested with tourists late at night.

The people were very friendly and the location is perfect but there was no direct sunshine at the pool and the smokers near ... the pool made it hard to stay near the pool unless one is a smoker.

Great location in the heart of the strip just next to the Bellagio. A lot of construction in the area so it got a little ... noisy, but not enough to be a real problem. Very clean, friendly staff. If you don't mind going out of your own hotel while in Vegas, then this is a great spot. I'll definately remember this place for my next trip.

This is a time share condo. Our room faceed the fountains at Belagio. Great view of the strip. There is a lot of construction ... and the hotel entry is sort of obstructed.

We were not aware that this "hotel" was a time share complex. They did try and sell us a time share. When I refused to give ... them personal information ie. income, they backed off. This hotel was listed as a four star, I would rate it as a high two star. The price is right for the location.

The Jockey Club was in a great location next to the Bellagio on the Strip. It was a good place to explore Vegas and the fun ... of Planet Hollywood, the Bellagio, and Ceasar's Palace were within walking distance. The staff was friendly enough. Honestly though, the valets were more helpful than the front desk. The front clerks weren't outright rude, they just had the air that there was nothing out of the ordinary that they would do for you and asking for a room on a specific side was out of the question. Good convenience store downstairs and the suite had a fridge and freezer so there was that. All in all, pretty good, bargain Vegas hotel. Don't expect too much and be ready to walk, and you'll have a great time.

Everything about this hotel was great. It seemed kind of dumpy at first because there is construction going on, but once you ... walk in, it's quite lovely. The location was perfect. It is across the street from Planet Hollywood, Paris, and the Bellagio. No, it's not as ritzy as those, but all I was planning on doing in my hotel room was sleep, so I don't need a bunch of "extras". The staff was fantastic and helpful, the rooms were not only comfortable and roomy, it had a full kitchen! Plates, glasses, full-size coffee maker, stove, and fridge, tupperware, cutlery, pots, pans, and bowls. It was so homey and wonderful, I can't recommend it highly enough. When I booked my trip to Vegas, I figured it would be fun, but I did not imagine that I would want to come back. This hotel is a large part of the reason I would love to return again and again.

NobHill restaurant at the MGM Grand. The best food I've ever eaten, the best service I've ever received, and the best tip for going out (Don't Tell Mama's - fantastic piano bar). I had dinner with 6 other people, we all ordered different meals, and all of us agreed that there was not one thing about this restaurant that didn't scream 1st class. I will remember that meal for years.

The hotel location was perfect being on the strip and very near the best casinos in Las Vegas. The amenities were also good ... as the pool, jacuzzi and gym was open 24 hours. They also have a mini-mart inside the hotel and you can rent complimentary movies. Although their bell service was very slow which made them seem short-handed.

Could not get over how large the room was for the price. Very clean. The hallways are very nice and the elevators were very ... timely. Check-in and check-out were hassle free and quick. Did not use the pool or fitness area, but was happy to know they were aavilable 24hrs. The cleaning staff checked in everyday to offer to tidy up the room or at least exchange the soiled towels. Would certainly stay here again for the price and value!

We were in Las Vegas to attend a wedding. The staff was very helpful, suggested activities for us, helped us get a taxi, ... free valet parking, places to eat and shop. The downside was that it was under construction and will become a time-share location. We had a suite that had a completely stocked kitchen, dining room area, nice living room, and 1 and 1/2 baths. It was fantastic! I wanted to stay longer than the 4 days I was there!

nice room, the pull out sofa bed wasn't the most comfortable but the king size bed was very comfortable. Their was ... construction going on outside of the hotel that was a little inconvenient but it did not affect our trip. all in all the room met our needs

Planet Hollywood, which is directly across the street has a hugh mall in their building. I don't think it is advertised enough but there are lots of stores and places to eat there. Make sure you check it out. Also there are two ABC stores in the mall so you can pick up snacks, beer, liquor or soft drinks.
