Lots of Monet
Mr Rick Oct 17, 2009
The overall decor of the hotel is very nice. Most of the shops and eateries did a great job in trying to duplicate the kind ... of shops and eateries you might find in the streets of Paris. The Hotel rooms were quite ordinary especially if your room is located without a view of the exact duplication of the Eiffel Tower. The impressionist painter Monet can be noticed everywhere. I don't mean his paintings but in the price of the food in the very pricey restaurants and cafe's found in the hotel. That's Money not Monet, if you plan on eating in any of these trendy places. I've been to Las Vegas many times and I've never spent as much on eating as I did this time while staying at the Paris hotel. You might be getting discounts on the rates but bring plenty of Monet oops there I go again I meant money unless you want to saunter over to Bally's right down the road a ways on Nathan's bill of fare. Generally my vacation was good with the highligt being with Beth Midler's show. She is absolutely fantastic I would recommend it to everybody. She puts on a show to beat all shows and the energy she generates could light up all of Las Vegas for at least a month. Not to shabby for a sixty-three year old babe and she is a babe. She keeps herself in great shape and shows it in her performances. Everybody should she this lady at least once before leaving this planet for their final journey. I would definately see her again and hope to do so next year if she's still in Vegas when I return. I recommend the combination show and dining deals offered my wife and I went to Rao's italian restaurant yes a bit pricey but well worth the money. Next year we plan to go back with the exception of Paris hotel. Paris hotel is a good place to see and maybe for one meal try their restaurants the food is very good so you won't be disappointed in the quality of their cuisine only with the price. I recommend Cafe Ile St. Louis the food is very good and don't forget to bring plenty of Monet to pay for your meal. Vegas has some of the best food in the country it isn't your daddy's Vegas any more when the craze of the day was the all you can eat $5.95 buffets. Now the accent is on good food and there are plenty of good choices to satisfy a wide variety of gourmet palates. Before going to Vegas one should do a bit of research and decide how much you want to spend on hotels, food, and gambling before making a commitment with any travel agency. A bit of homework in that department will make your stay in this country's most exciting city worth your while.

When we arrived they didn't have our confirmed reservation and we had to initially pay until we contacted ... you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They gave us a miserable room with a terrible location. We FINALLY got thru to you and after 1 hour of waiting they said they got a call from you. We had to practically beg to get the coupon book and a more acceptable room. great price for family fun
Jess Aug 22, 2009
For our family trip, we really enjoyed the atmosphere of the casino. The French decor didn't feel too cheesy, and was quite ... heartfelt while strolling down its streets and searching for their myriad of restaurants to choose from. Paris is also a great location - right in the middle of the strip- for a great price! I've been there before with friends, and I was glad my typical 5-star hotel staying parents liked it as well. The best part of our trip was being able to sit outside the Mon Ami Gabi restaurant for dinner and watching the Bellagio Fountains.
Traveler type: Family
Orbitz low prices are definitely a bargain but it means that you don't get the best views for rooms. You will get parking lot view. It didn't hurt to ask if we could get Strip view and we got the upgrade without an additional charge!

Paris Hotel
JT Jul 16, 2009
Overall it was a good trip, very nice hotel and I would recommend it and stay there again. The casino was very nice, clean, ... and the staff were awesome. The housekeeping staff for the rooms were also very good, and extremely considerate. The restaurant staff were mostly very good, but there were one or two who had nasty attitudes. The food in the buffet and at Le Cafe was mediocre, especially the dessert selections. It burned me that I had to pay for internet access, and I think $10.00 for a pot of coffee in the morning is absurd. The one thing that was missing which would have made all the difference to me was some kind of area map with local attractions listed.

Herschell Aug 30, 2008
Gay Paris Las Vegas hotel: Pros: Large clean room. Easy check in and check out. Friendly staff. Great location in the ... middle of the Strip. Cons: Room in slight disrepair: wardrobe detailing broken off, wardrobe lights not working properly, toilet overflowed. Poor TV/entertainment options in room. The pool is the least interesting choice on the Strip. Some of the worst restaurants I have ever been to are housed with in the hotel. Avoid Le Provance, bad service, bad food, extreme prices.

Great Location!!
Richard Feb 19, 2008
We stayed at the Paris in Las Vegas, NV. It is centrally located on the strip. The strip is so long that our family went in ... 1 direction from the hotel 1 night & saw everything we wanted to see. The next day, we went in the opposite direction & accomplished the same thing. It's too hard to cover the whole strip in 1 day, so staying in the middle of the strip made sense to us!

The lady at the check-in counter was rude. She did not even bother looking at us for once. She did not give us the ... direction to the elevator. I left the counter, got lost since it is a huge casino, and went back to the counter for direction. She was impatient and then pointed me to the wrong direction. Finally I got the correct direction from a friedly janator. The buffet restaurant at the hotel is not as good as it used to be severalk years ago. No wonder the long line has dispeeared.
