Off the main strip, but close by the Cherokee sights... for the price, I wasnt expecting much, but the room was EXTREMELY ... WELL DONE and very comfortable.. free internet, Showtime...

The casino can be a lot of fun, its just a couple miles down the road. The hotel advertises a shuttle, however, I did not take advantage of this perk.

The casino is a short 2 mile drive.The was an Exxon station right up the road a short drive if you are a CocaCola person instead of Pepsi.

Baymont is a bit off the beaten path, but this made it quiet and peaceful. The staff was very friendley and most helpful. ... Baymont Motel was one of the cleanest we have seen in some time. The rooms are a bit smaller that most, but had all the amenities-cable tv, refrigerator, mocrowave...and complimentary breakfast. Lots of aids for travel sites. We visited Cherokee, the Cherokee Casino, Gatlinburg, Cades Cove, and Clingman's Dome.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel while we were at Cherokee, NC. We wanted to take a short get away to celebrate her ... birthday, so we went to the Casino for a couple of days. The hotel was easy to find and the staff was very friendly. The rooms were very clean and the cont. breakfast was very filling to us. We will use this hotel again on future trips to Cherokee.

The hotel was almost at the entrance of the Great Smoky Mounains National Park which is a very good starting point for hiking ... people. The hotel was good, clean, convenient and with a good value. The breakfast was ok, but not outstanding or so various. The location was really difficult to find since the address does not correspond to the GPS location (but it can be found by continuing on the given road).

We went to see Unto These Hills and the Cherokee museum and village. It was very interesting. Would recommend the play Unto ... These Hills. Our hotel was very nice. There were many hotels there but I was glad I went with Baymont. Very clean. Always find Baymont to be a very good value, clean, comfortable. Orbitz was a cinch to use and are accommodations were ready when we arrived. Four stars instead of 5 only because checkin was somewhat slow and they had me registered for a smoking room. I had to show them the confirmation that Orbitz sent but then they quickly corrected this and we received a non-smoking room.

Our trip was for leisure, therefore we travelled to the close Sounoke Village, as well as took in the Unto these Hills Drama. ... The shows and shops were excellent! Although, there was a huge mix up with our intended reservations. When confronted by the front desk attendant, she was very rude dealing with our mix up. We had already stayed 5 nights there and we were arranging the 6th night stay due to the date mix ups. You would think that we could have rec'vd a better rate deal with our previous nights stay, but we were informed that we would be paying full price bc we messed up the dates! We then later found out that 3 hours after we re-checked in for the 6th nights stay, the rates dropped by 25.00 dollars! I've stayed at a Baymount for the last time!

The room was great!~ They wanted you to reuse towels and linens which i didnt like because I like to have a fresh towel when ... i get out of the shower but whatever! And the room smelt bad. LIke stale ciggerette smoke. I think I would try somewhere different next time.

The Baymont Inn and Suites is a very comfortable and relaxing hotel. The hotel is in a quiet location. It is very close to ... restaurants, galleries and shops, the Cherokee Museum and reservation and the Great Smoky Mountains. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. They recommended a restaurant for dinner that had reasonable prices and the food was very good. The continental breakfast was nice. The room was very clean, comfortable and attractive. The king size bed with the pillowtop mattress gave us a very comfortable and restful sleep. We like the fact that the room had a fridge, microwave, hairdryer, iron & board and coffe maker. My wife liked the vanity area with the sink and long counter and mirror separate from the bathroom. The room also had a desk and chair and a comfortable sitting chair with a footstool for wathcing TV or reading. There was also a luggage stand. We enjoyed our stay at the Baymont Inn and Suites very much.

Very clean and new looking with fresh landscaping. The hotel was not on the main drag, but one road over and that was very ... nice. It was quiet. The room was larger than most, exactly what I had asked for and we were more than satisfied.

We were given instructions to PAUL'S RESTAURANT and found the food good and somewhat different, with Squaw Bread and Fried Bread in keeping with the INDIAN atmosphere.
