Very nice location. Room was okay. The parking situation was not great. I feel that Parking should be included in the ... price of the hotel. The staff was VERY helpful.

Great people, terrific room and easy access to the Rosemont convention center across the street. I was on the ninth floor at ... the end of the hallway and on some days had sporadic wireless Internet connectivity. Also, for the room rate, Internet should be free.

Woodfield Mall is all of 20 minutes away down Higgins Rd. (just take it straight there!) and downtown Chicago is a short 15 minutes away. From Navy Pier there are so many exciting things to do. Our City Lights Cruise was 3 hours out on Lake Michigan and was amazing. We are definitely already planning on going again next year and will probably utilize the same hotel as well!

A wonderful place to go!

We decided to take a short one-night stay for some "us" time together. Luckily for us my brother had given us tickets to a ... cruise on Lake Michigan from the Navy Pier dock, so the 15 minutes it took to get there and back was a breeze. It was also nice to have some great restaurants within a 10 minute radius from our hotel. We stopped at Giordano's for dinner (the Spinach Ravioli is AMAZING!) and went back to the hotel for a restful night. We utilized the fitness center in the morning (which is small but there was only one other person there besides us) and then took a dip in the pool (again smaller but we were the only ones there and the hot tub dial is on one of the walls near the dirty towel bin which we didn't figure out until we were leaving). All in all if was a fabulous stay. The only downfall was the mini-fridge was only stocked with mini-bar items so I couldn't put my leftovers in there and had to throw them away. Our shower was huge (compared to the standard one over a tub most places have, ours was completely separate by itself and almost twice the size of a normal shower). My boyfriend has stayed at Doubletree's before and he says they're all very nice, and this one was no exception! It was fantastic and the staff was great! :)

I spent my weekend going to a comic convention located directly across the street. The room, the staff and mostly the ... housekeeping was excellent. My only problem was the horrible smell that the pool area left on myself and my friend. Otherwise, it was the best trip I have made to the area in five years.

most of the time i arrive at night than enjoy gibsons bar for an hour or two next they it is working day for me all day i ... come back always around 6 than i spend the rest of the night at my room. next day i come back to san diego. very simple.

Good trip but American Airlines stinks

While I was there, I went on a singles trip with my Singles from the NAC church. We got together on Friday night for drinks ... and then my daughter and I went to Musika in Rosemont to see "UP". On Saturday we took a boat tour on Lake Michigan and then went to the Navy Pier (the best part of the trip) and then went to church on Sunday (even better part of the trip. I would have liked to see more restaurants around the area. There was not enough to do around the hotel and was very disappointed. This was my first trip to Chicago (Rosemont) so I cannot compare this to other trips.

Awesome service at 6:30 in the morning!

I got in early, took the shuttle, and the staff couldn't have been nicer. They checked me in early, I dropped my bags off, ... and had a wonderful time. Big bathroom, clean bedroom (with the biggest softest bed that I'd ever seen), and close to the L train, so I didn't need to rent a car. Plus, the pancakes that they serve in the restaurant were awesome. Will definitely come back to this hotel. :)

The Doubletree Hotel was very nice, clean & comfortable. The location near O'Hare Airport & downtown Chicago was great. I ... really enjoyed the restaurant that was attached to the hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

What a great hotel! Staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. Most important to me is cleanliness, and this hotel was ... immaculate. We ate in both restaurants in the hotel and the food was great. I will most definitely make Doubletree hotels a must when traveling. This hotel was within walking distance of public transportation, and directly across the street from a very large convention center. My mother was with me, and she is somewhat handicapped. Even though we did not ask for a handicapped room the room was large enough and very easy for her to move around in.

The Doubletree (Ohara) was a very nice and comfortable place to stay. The rooms was great with lots of space. Very large ... bathroom with a separate shower which was great. It was convenient for being in Chigcago and not having to stay downtown in all the traffic.

Valet was terrible. The staff argued with us and because of an airline delay, we almost didn't get the room at 2:30 am. ... Also had a difficult time with a rental car pickup/drop off. We will never go to this hotel again, period.

The hotel was wonderfully located next to the Convention Center. We were able to walk to the center at any time and not have ... to worry about parking. Hotel staff at the restaurants was friendly and inviting. Gibson's Restaurant was astounding! My partner enjoyed a lobster tail that not only tasted great but was so huge it filled her up! This hotel is highly recommended.

The Double Tree Hotel Chicago-O'Hare Airport Rosemont was very nice. From the people at the front desk to our maid to the ... maintenance guy, everybody was very helpful. The room was very nice. The pool area & hot tub were also very clean. (the pool was the perfect temperature) The bed in our room was so comfortable I did not want to leave!! We WILL be back!!

The Doubletree Hotel Chicago O'Hare Airport in Rosemont is very convenient from the airport, has a free shuttle that runs ... every 15 minutes and is very suitable for business travelers and family alike. The rooms are big, comfortable, bedding is great, AC is not loud or intrusive... Breakfast at the restaurant was not terrific, but service was very good. Can't beat the hotel's free cookies. Fresh, warm and soft...
