we went into the casino's and gambled and ate at the Prime Rib Grill. Enjoyed looking in the gift shops and drank a beer in ... the Brew Brother's.We relaxed and enjoyed our short trip.And look forward to visiting here again the staff was very helpful with answers to questions that we had.

Hotel is clean & staff is always friendly. Restaurants are sooo good. If it's cold, you can walk the indoor area for 3 ... casino's all together & the entertainment available is always the best. Their La Strada Restaurant for dinner is always a culinary experience.

Came to the hotel with all dirty clothes, which was remedied by having them back to me overnight. Gambling is my main sin, ... but being in a casino that cares about guests as well as gamblers was gratifying. The food was a banquet of several restaurants which met my every desire. And, last but not least, a friendly security force.

We stayed at the Eldorado Labor day weekend. Three casinos including the Eldorado were attached to each other on the ... mezzanine level. All casinos were well maintained. The mezzanine level was thick with children at the Circus Circus end. Video poker machines had good pay tables with many full pay. The room we had was small but clean and all we wanted the room for was a bed and a shower. The television was very small. Would stay here again if in Reno.

For the price you really can't do better. The room was very clean. My room had a king sized bed along with a couch, which I ... thoigh was nice. The tv was on the small side and the wireless internet was not included for free. I also loved the buffet (cheap and good). I would definately stay here again.

It started off with a shuttle bus from the airport with No air and 98 degrees.HOT. I forgave that, stuff happens. Then front ... desk people are not helpful.They need a concierge, more so in this economy than ever. I got the wireless internet and paid 9.00 a day, OUCH. It wont work! I called the front desk and she said call the provider, I did. They worked with us for 10 minutes and finally did get it working (something wrong on their end) but then it would go off and you would have to call again so they could reset something on their end. I told the front desk people about this (3 times) and the last time was in person. I told her I shouldnt be charged for the use of that day. She, short dark hair girl,(their was 3 of them standing around talking when I interupped them)told me again that I would have to take up complaints with the internet company that there was nothing she could do. Very dissmisive and not like a front desk person should be. I had a Penske truck and didnt know where to park it. I saw [...] outside smoking so I ask him. VERY UNFRIENDLY MAN but did glare at me and tell me to talk to valet. Valet was great. Security is good. [...] in Prime Rib Grill was outstanding and the food was SO outstanding! Pillows are way bad and hurt my neck. The jacuzzi is very bad. We wanted sushi but it was closed when we tried at 3pm. Soup in the "coffee shop" was warm bathwater with veggies, yuck no flavor. The pastries we had on the way out were WONDERFUL. Not all bad but I think I will stay across the street at the Silver Legacy and go there to eat at the Prime Rib Grill when I go back for vacation.

We have stayed at the Eldorado a couple of times and would stay there again. Overall our experience was very nice. Personel ... is very professional and helpful. We like that it is connected to Circus Circus and Sliver Legacy so we can go between the three with ease. We love the Brew Brothers Rest/Bar and visit it every time we are there. Also, the food from room service was very good and the operator that took our order was helpful in choosing what to order. Our only complaint is the room was very stuffy, with no way to open the window or any ventaltion at all.

Once you get past the inevitable smokiness of the casino the elevator to your floor is guarded by security personnel 24 hrs a ... day. The room I got was a steal for the level of comfort it afforded. It even came with a city view! A smoke-free room! Even if your destination isn't Reno, this hotel is a wonderful place to stay in as a "home base" for day trips to Lake Tahoe.

The Experience was fine. It was a little frustrating that I wasn't able to get a refund for the night I didnt stay because I ... booked through Orbitz. It just adds a layer of hassle. I would recommend booking direct unless it is substantially more expensive. Rooms are clean compared to many casinos, and it is right downtown.
