The Marina International Hotel Bungalows is located in the peaceful and serene city of Marina del Rey- home to the worlds largest man-made yacht harbor resort. Our accommodations include 110 spacious guestrooms and 25 unique bungalows- some on a split level floor plan and each with distinctive decor. Each guestroom offers a patio or balcony and both our guestrooms and bungalows offers the amenities to make your stay enjoyable and memorable. Just steps out of our door will lead you to the beach and the marina; we are adjacent to Venice and Santa Monica with convenient freeway access and minutes from Los Angeles International Airport and downtown.

Property was run-down. Television didn't work at all. Thermostat was broken and room was sweltering. The fan would not turn ... off; so hot air blew all night. We had to open the balcony door to attempt to be comfortable. Price was not worth the value at all.

When we went to our room, which was a standard room, I noticed lots of stains on the rug. We were tired and went to sleep. ... The next moring I was asked how everything was and I told the front desk clerk, Heidi, about the stains. She reaccommodated us in a Bungalow, which was fabulous,and no additional cost to us. We chose this hotel because it was close to family.

This is a good place to stay with comfortable rooms, but old fixtures. The staff is friendly and helpful. The word bungalow ... is misleading, only one room, but nicely appointed. We would stay here again.

Location in Marina del Rey safe; however, Venice Beach very close and unsafe at night. Housekeeping and front desk staff ... excellent. Public transport in LA poor, so a car would be best in this location, as you are a fair distance from tourist attractions and downtown.

there is a problem with the air conditioner, u need to call them up that that control it for you, and then a few hours pass ... by. we spent a very hot night for that reason!!

The hotel was ok. The location was ok to. We couldnt see the water like it shows online but were close the the beach (within ... a mile) We didnt get the correct room - we paid extra to stay in a court side room and got a standard room, the hotel had no room service and couldnt get ahold of the restarant to order food, the hotel didnt even carry stamps. The staff room was accross the hall and we woke up everymorning to them talking. The rooms were clean and the staff was helpful for the most part.

"You get what you pay for"

We stayed here for 2 nights and each night around 11:30pm our neighbors would return to their room. Their talking would keep ... us up until 1:00am because the walls are so thin. This is why I would never come back to this hotel. Even though it was outdated it was clean and it is in a great location. We went to both the Museum of Tolerance and The Getty Center which were both pretty close to the hotel and very much worth going to.

Liked location and staff, and interior. Shower rocks - great design However, no complimentary breakfast for the price is a ... minus (I paid 150 a night). Steinway in the hall is kind of nice if you can play Bicycle shop, restaurant and pool - neat

Booking through orbitz is great! I got a new favorite website. However, I needed to extend my stay and the internet service ... was down in the hotel for 36 plus hours. The pm. supervisor was kind enough to honor orbitz rate for the bungalow. Great location! Super service! Rooms are old but worth every penny.

Hotel had a great location for what we need, and the room is fine, except for the bathroom is bit dirty and especially for ... the shower area is moldy and have alot of old dried mildew built up.(very Yucky look), and unfortunatly few other rooms is also similar.

The hotel is older but very clean, spaciouis, and they obviously work to maintain it. The location is great. The area is safe ... and on the marina. Go one way and in a few minutes your in Venice. Can not beat the price.
