Great location but tired room furnishings. Unprepared for weekend crowd for "free" breakfast, long lines, no food. We have ... stayed in many CIS but this one was the least desirable. Staff was friendly . Needs updated.

Quiet location, in the middle of Pigeon Forge but not right on the street. Rooms were clean and updated but small. Our room ... had 1(?) chair with the table. Breakfast had limited choices. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Thought the price was high for the room.

The location is excellent for easy access to major attractions. My main dislike was the poor ventilation in the bathroom. The ... fan did nothing to remove the moisture. I also felt that the continental breakfast did not have the variety that I've experienced in other hotels.

Close to plenty of things to do! The staff were exceptionally friendly and accomodating. There were always cookies and coffee ... in the lobby, the continental breakfast was decent. The indoor pool was nice. The rooms and furnishings were older, the bathroom wasn't very clean when we arrived, but overall a great stay and would stay there again.

Old Mill restaurant was excellent. Great food (and a lot of it) at good prices. Be prepared to wait when you go, but it's worth it.

over all nice quiet stay, friendly maid. breakfast was ok.convienant location.remote control batteries died but were quickly ... replaced by front desk. ask for an extra pillow and was given one.we will stay here again and will recomend.

I was disappointed at the size of the room. I have stayed with Country Inns and Suites before and the rooms were much nicer. ... I wonder if they use different room when you use a hotel service to reserve your room. The coffee pot was stuck in the bathroom on the sick. Also, when I checked out the hotel gave me a bill for $305.00 and I paid $377.00 for the room. The manager was unable to explain the price difference. I go yearly to Pigeon Forge and I think I will go back to my old hotel Comfort Inns and Suites for only about $10 more a day.

We enjoyed a quiet stay with a great complimentary breakfast which included hot items. The breakfast attendant was very ... efficient. The hotel was not quite up to par with other Country Inns & Suites where we have stayed. It wasn't as clean. Paint touch ups, small repairs, and better cleaning would have made this an excellent stay.

I really was impressed by the hotel, the staff and the location. It was a nice quiet, clean room. The room service crew was ... fantastic! (Thanks [...]!). The free breakfast was great ([...] is fantastic). And everyone else was very nice. And with my discounts, Cheaptickets.com really hit a homerun!

Grab the coupons in the lobby if you plan on hitting the town a lot. They will add up in savings! Also, eat at the hotel in the morning. It was a great little breakfast. Save your money from the pancake houses!

Room was clean and bed was fairly comfortable for a hotel. Super location on a quiet side street with only one building ... between hotel and main parkway. Plenty of parking for trailers (we brought two street bikes). Only drawback: free breakfast was not as extensive as hoped for, but definitely edible and filling with cereal, toast, bagels, coffee, juice, some fresh fruit, biscuits and gravy, and make-your-own waffles. (Just needed hash browns and eggs to satisfy us!) Would definitely stay here again.

If you want great fresh mexican food close by, check out No Way Jose's at Walden's Landing complex down the street. Super fresh and delicious! Inexpensive, too!! (Entrees from $6.50 - $12.00) YUM!!

Good place to stay. Located just a couple of blocks off the Parkway. Close enough for quick access but far enough away to ... be nice and quiet. Staff very courteous and helpful. Not much menu variety for Continental breakfast only complaint.

This was not bad but was a little dirty for a country Inn and Suites. I was surprised as most are very clean. There was ... even cobwebs and dust on the lights in the bathroom. Perhaps it was off season and the room had not been used for several months.
