The place was clean, the food was fine, the staff was friendly. Be aware there is a Radisson Airport " North " and a ... Radisson Airport " South ", if you are arranging to stay at the same place as someone else.

The location close to the airport was fantastic & the price was spot on. The staff was excellent from start to finish, & ... extremely helpful. I utilized the free shuttle to the airport & back and was greatly pleased by the promptness & courtesy of the staff. The pool was clean, cool & not too deep; perfect for younger children. The soundproofing needed a bit of an upgrade & our room door stuck a bit, taking more force than necessary to open it. This was brought to the attention of the main desk who promptly noted it & called maintenance as we where checking out. The only aesthetic lacking is the elevator shaft is open for all levels to see. It's a dark solid brown against light colored walls so it stood out as an eyesore. I would suggest a mural or other design to break up the monotony. the food at the restaurant was great & in large portions. I would look forward to staying there again!

the rates were unbelieveable, I stayed 3 nights for well under $200 . The building was beautiful inside and out. I really ... enjoyed the fact that the front desk help gave us the best room in the place facing west, top floor with one of only 2 balconies on that level . I would love to stay again. Breakfast was a bit pricey for the spread that was available tho, and sevice wasn't good at all,.but good none the less overall.

This was the worst visit we have ever had to Phoenix We like to take our Granddaughter there for the entertainment ... opportunities but this hotel was the pitts.There was a loud group of exchange students there at the time so there was loud partying, running up and down the halls after hours, knocking on doors at midnight and strange phone calls at all hours. We had to ask for maid service every day as they completely ignored the fact that we were there. We had to ask for towels to be replenished at the pool-side.The bathroom was tiny and the fan didn't work,so the room became steamy everytime someone showered. The air conditioner was essentially non-functional as it was 107 degrees out side and only the fan was working. I could go on and on about how terrible this trip was, but it is enough to say that we will never stay in a Rennasance Hotel again.

The location was centrally located, but there were no close restaurants (walking distance) except the Waffle house. The hotel ... is close to Arizona State University (20 minute drive) and there are plenty of places to eat, shopping andd things to do there. Close enough to all the spring training games too.

We selected this hotel because of its proximity to the Phoenix Airport. Our flight the next morning was scheduled to depart ... at 5:15AM. The Radisson was the only hotel close to the sirport that listed 24 hour shuttle to airport. UNFORTUNATELY, we were not informed of a 'massive' event involving numerous motorcycle users that prohibited us from sleeping the entire night due to loud noise, swearing and shouting in the hallway; plus motorcycles roaring engines most of the night.
