Great stay!
The Occassional Traveller Sep 12, 2009
I have stayed here before and it just keeps getting better. The only complaint is that it really is kind of far out from ... anything. Not a problem if there is a lot going on onsite, but if it's a slow time there isn't much to do. It would be nice if the owners would look into some sort of club shuttle, or at least a shuttle to the strip and back.

My Memorial Day Weekend
Adorable May 25, 2009
If you are looking for fun......this is the place. However, the location is not that great. Also, since this place doesn't ... take any lost item in your room, they shoul provide a valuable lock box for security reason. Otherwise, I have no complain.

Good, But Lacks Some Basics
william Dec 13, 2007
The rooms have recently been totally upgraded from basic motel decor to high-end designer chic. The rooms are spacious and ... the King bed exceptionally comfortable. And, despite being immediately adjacent to a major freeway, new double-pane windows provide a quiet environment. While the bathroom is on the small side, it features upgraded fixtures and is well-stocked with a variety of soaps and toiletries. However, several expected amenities are conspicuously absent. There is no clock or radio in the room (though the TV provides an audio feed for one local station), nor are any extra blankets available in the closet. The room could also benefit from an easy chair and/or a small table and chair. The only seating available is a single desk chair. The pool and spa area features lush landscaping and a waterfall (to help mask the noise of the freeway) and plently of lounge chairs for sunning (clothing is optional). Unfortunately, it was quite cool the days I stayed there, and the pool is, surprisingly, not heated. However, the available hot tub/spa and steam room provide toasty alternative waterworks. Unfortunately, all the efforts to upgrade the hotel end at the front entrance. The exterior and parking area are quite rundown while dirt and weeds provide the only landscaping. Since the hotel is in an industrial area, a more appealing exterior would provide a better sense of safety and security. And, given its location, I would recommend having a car available to get to the Vegas strip rather than walking, especially at night.

Wonder Small Exclusive Hotel for Men

This small hotel is a real gem. The owner has a hands on approach to running the place and it shows. The hotel has recently ... been totally renovated and for the money its probably the best small hotel I have ever stayed at.

The Ultimate Stay in Las Vegas
MICHAEL Jul 10, 2007
The Blue Moon Resort is the best hotel that we have ever stayed at, the staff is friendly, courteous, and accommodating. ... The grounds are well landscaped, the pool and hot tub are spotless, and the waterfalls over the pool are refreshing. The breakfast setup had an appetizing appearance and the variety of food was excellent. The wireless internet system was fast and reliable; the resort also has an internet lounge for those without laptops. The room was comfortable, and clean with plenty of space for clothes and belongings.
