Good location, no problem at check-in. Adequate complimentary breakfast. Clean room. Had issue with toilet and one call to ... the front desk, and the problem was fixed quickly. Would stay here again for bus. travel.

Excellent choice for overnight stay

I had just returned from a very long journey to central Asia and needed an overnight respite for the next day's flight. This ... hotel provided exactly the clean, quiet and restful environment I needed. The facility is welcoming, the food offered of very good quality and the service friendly and helpful. I would recommend it for those who need a comfortable overnight stay near the airport.

The Fairfield Inn was close to the airport. The staff could not have been more helpful. Shuttle service is provided to and ... from JFK. They also provided a shuttle to take us to the train station so we could travel into the city, and they came to collect us when we returned. Dining options are not plentiful in the neighborhood. There are a few fast food places within walking distance. For a clean, quiet place to stay while waiting to catch a plane, the Fairfield Inn can't be beat.

Although the room was much smaller than I expected (based on stays at this franchise in the past), the room was ok, and did ... not smell of cigarettes, which some do, even though the chain is 100% smokefree. Thankfully, there was a small restaurant/bar in the hotel because there was nothing else within walking distance. The staff was efficient and helpful. The airport shuttle was on-time and the drivers pleasant.

They offer you a more comfortable room for the price of other hotel's standard room, more spacious with the kitchen. A plus ... especially when you travel for sometime, a possible break to eat something more casual, health and relaxing. Good.

close to the airport, basic clean room

I just needed a clean room close to JFK, and this did the trick. The lobby and common areas were a bit depressing looking ... when we first walked in, but the room was clean and neat which is basically what I was looking for. So, no complaints. The shuttle driver was very pleasant and efficient getting us to and from the airport and the breakfast included was actually a bit more than I expected
