We are planning to go back to this hotel in the near future!! The staff went above and beyond our expectations eventhough the ... hotel was completely booked and they were very busy!! Bell hop explained the best places to go and was very helpful with directions. Everyone was exptemely courteous and polite!!!

It was bad choice I would not recommed it for people who seeks comfortable and luxuary place. The hotel in the picture looks ... good but from inside is not nice. Air condition is noisy, you will hear the chat of your neighbors, not quit hotel, and old furniture.

We stayed at the Crowne Plaza during our visit to Disney World. The staff was very friendly and service was great. The ... rooms were clean and comfortable. We felt the food was a bit overpriced, but that's common in hotels. Besides that, it was a great stay and we will consider the Crowne Plaza for future trips.

The Hotel was great,we had no problems, the staff was very nice and friendly. We had room service a couple of times and the ... food was good, hot and fast. We were close to a lot of shopping, dinning and Disney was not far away. I would stay here again.

Hotel was spacious, spotless but with surprise pricing. Foyer and courtyard was spacious and clean. Parking was adequate. ... We had the Christmas buffet which offerred great selections including a prime rib carving station; it was excellent. All buffet items were great tasting except for desserts; only a minimal variety and not that delectable. The surprise pricing relates to a service charge of aprroximatly 18% plus the invoice stated that tip was not included. I included a 20% tip anyway because the waiter was outstanding and it was CHRISTMAS!! When I return to visit Orlando area, I will certainly stay at the Crowne Plaza.

While at the hotel, we visited Disney Parks, Universal Studios Theme Parks, Florida Mall, International Drive, and Orlando ... Premium Outlets. We would have love to go Aquatica, Wet n Wild, Sea World and much more, but there isn't much to do in 7 days! The weather was chilly especially because we live in the Virgin Islands and we're not use to the cold!!!! All in all everything was great. The rooms were clean, the staff was helpful, the shuttles took a lot off of our hands, the gifft shop was very handy, and the location was great!! The I-Ride trolley picks you up right in front of the hotel!! It can't get any better than that! The view of Orlando from the hotel room was awesome! Our trip was wonderful! Next year 2010, we will be doing this again, this time we will stay for 2 weeks!!

Loved the staff at the Hotel. They were very helpful. A bit disappointed with the limited options for the free shuttle to ... Disney. It only goes twice in the morning, and twice in the evening. Although they were always on time, it would be nice to have a pickup between 6:15 and 9:45. Breakfast options for guests is limited. A complementary continental breakfast would be a huge plus for the hotel. The rooms were very quiet and clean.

Nice Hotel, Poor Front Desk/Theme Staff

The front desk staff were very quick to the point when asked a question, they were not particularly helpful. The Valet people ... were very helpful though with any help we needed. However the staff that where in the hotel lobby representating Holiday Inn/ Theme Parks where extremely agressive in their questions. I asked them about about getting tickets for Universal/Disney, and was bombarded with questions about how much much i earn, do i have a credit card etc. When i have paid good money to stay in a hotel i expect the staff there to be helpful, not asking me personal questions which are no concern of theirs. I found this a disgrace.

The hotel looked better in pictures than in person. The hotel was decent and the staff was very helpful and nice. The thing ... I appreciated most was that it was located in the heart of all the major attractions. The noise level was also decent. The major problems that I had were that the sheets were not deep fitted and came off when moving during the night. Also, my family used the coffee machine maker available in the room and found that they were not giving us new cups after each use, I don't even think they were cleaning them because there was a strange residue in the bottom of the cups after the first use, I had to wash them myself in the sink. They also chipped one of the cups and never replaced it. Other than that the stay was pleasant.

If you stay at this hotel make sure you rent a car ahead of time. The shuttle only goes a couple times a day and you would not get to see anything. There is nothing there, you have to drive to see anything.
