Would recommend to a friend!

The room had two queen-xize beds. The one I picked was very uncomfortable. The next day I discovered the reason why was ... that part of it had slipped off of the Hollywood bed frame so sagged in that direction. I complained to the front desk, but it took two days to fix. No worries, though. I simply used the other bed.

We were first assigned a smoking room which was disgusting due to the odor. The second room was smoke free, but musty. The ... bed sheets had a bad odor. The sinks were dripping, the floor was dirty and the place was noisy. we were so tired, we were able to sleep. We probably would not stay at the hotel again. The staff were wonderful!

Great quiet location for seeing downtown anchorage sites and shoppping. Self contained facilities a good option to have when ... travelling. Best of all internet cafe for free.

Very ordinary hotel. To be clear its just a place to go and sleep and dont expect a lot from the services. Bare minimum ... breakfast just bagels served. Wireless speeds are horrible I mean horrible even though you pay for it and its not free. Frontdesk staff linger around on a lot of times and sometimes you will not see them for even an hour. No daily room cleaning and if you want it , then they charge extra for it. Rooms are clean, not many kitchen items to choose from in the room.

Reception is quite informal, almost a hostel, but friendly and helpful. Room was fine, clean and comfortable. Parking is ... tight, I got there late and was lucky to find a spot. Close to downtown, where you can find good restaurants.

Would recommend to a friend!

I went to Anchorage to go shopping, and it was fun. We stayed there for 5 days. We went to all kinds of different places. but ... we should have went to more and more places.

the hotel was really noisy. carpet cleaning going on when i was in the room seemed to never end. the spa pool was lukewarm, ... and someone with a machine was making noise in there too. walls were thin, and thankfully i did not have neighnors. i did not like that the only window was right out onto a parking lot, which meant no privacy, and no air, since it was unclear whether or not it would have been safe to open. it was only a few blocks from downtown, and i think if the museum on the next block had been open, i would have been much happier overall. but... no. staff were fine, but not super helpful or friendly. there is a free hotel shuttle, but not when i had to go to the airport, so I paid for a cab, and probably should have gotten a voucher. hotel staff called the cab, and should have offered. not impressive.
