Visited Vegas. Hotel is lovely but Tower 3 is the least lovely. You have to walk through all three towers to get to the MGM ... Grand where most things are (The 2 are affiliated). You pay a resort fee but you have to go to the MGM where a fee also applies to those staying at the Signature. While the rooms were beautiful, both my and my son's room had sunken in beds. In spite of the minor setbacks I enjoyed my stay, but would opt for MGM.

The hotel was beautiful. The staff was great. The rooms were big and had a nice layout. The only downsides were, some of the ... towels were a little torn, any noise in the hallway was really loud in the room. There is a coffee maker in the room, but there is a $20.00 resort fee for having it and they didn't refill the coffee the second day we were there.

Unbeatable location for the price
Asim Dec 2, 2009
The hotel was nice, well appointed and quiet. Upon request we got a room(junior suite) on the 19th floor overlooking the ... strip and that was fantastic. The room facilities were great except shoe cleaning items were missing and that was by design since services for shoe cleaning would be available upon request. The only negative part was walking through MGM Grand which was always smokey and smelling. we finally found an exit which would allow to bypass MGM and allow us to walk outdoor long the street to the strip. That was great.

As soon as we arrived at the front gate we knew this was a great choice. The staff at the Signature was very attentive and ... accomidating. The 1 bedroom suite was very spacious and the bathroom with the bathtub was very impressive. I though that getting from the Signature to the strip was going to be a hassle but with the indoor walkway through the MGM Grand it was quite enjoyable. When we go back to Vegas we will definitely stay here again!

The hotel was great if somebody need a kitchen. Overall the services were good and staff very friendly. The only thing which ... we didn't like about the hotel was the location. It is not on strip. Though it is well connected with MGM Grand, next time we will prefer to stay in MGM Grand. It takes around 10 mins (.7 mile) walk to reach MGM and you don't want to waste your energy in internal walk as you anyway have to walk a lot in VEGAS.

My Stay - Thanksgiving Holiday
The Traveler Nov 30, 2009
First time visitor to MGM Signature, will stay there when we return to Las Vegas. Beautiful hotel, quiet, courteous and ... attentive staff. Requested a room upgrade and received for nominal price. Valet parking fast and courteous. The room very very, very nice. Location - attached to MGM Grand. Down check: the hotel lounge. Three visits and it always came up short. Once due to a food order being canceled after 30+ minutes, two other times the bar was not stocked with ingredients to mix requested drinks.

Came up to visit and get away with some friends. Not knowing anything about the MGM Signature, we took a chance. We came to ... gamble and just have a good time on the strip so i was worried about the location being off the strip, but it was perfect. Once you walk through the MGM casino your there at the signature. All conveinences of being on the strip with the relaxation of being off. I had a great time and I would stay again as my first choice.

This is a great hotel!! We had the Junior Suite in the Penthouse in Tower 2; first-class all the way. But, prepare to pay for ... it! They supply you with 2 8-ounce bottles of water...$20 a day plus tax???(This is an autimatic charge that's paid at the end of your stay). Breakfast for 2....$55??? For eggs, bacon, sausage, toast and juice?? Yikes!!! But, the rooms, actually the entire hotel was phenominal. Be prepared to walk to get to any of the main attractions. Friendly-staff. Great view. Overall, I'd give this hotel a 10!! Would definitely stay here again and again.

Great Hotel- pointless resort fee
Hen Nov 17, 2009
We went for the weekend and had a great time. It was really clean, service was wonderful, and the pool looked great ... (although not as nice as the Mirage in my opinion). The only thing that irked me was the $20 per day resort fee. It's not a lot of money, but it is unnecessary on my opinion. You receive 2 small water bottles a day and the paper (all equal to maybe $5). The other thing, we got a $25 credit to any spa service to find that even a manicure was $50 (including a 20% tip which they automatically add). So we loved the hotel but there were little annoying things that just irritated me. But we'd highly recommend if you don't mind walking a few minutes past the MGM Grand.

This is an all-suite hotel attached to the back of the MGM. We always get the one-bedroom suite (for a fantastic price) so ... we have a balcony. The view is incredible. Summer-time visits we eat breakfast at the pool & spend all morning there. Winter-time we have room service & relax in the room. All the dining personnel are friendly & efficient, as is the rest of the staff. Housekeeping will come any time you want them, prior to 5pm, that is. The one-bedroom suites has a full kitchen, 1-3/4 baths, dining bar with 2 seats, dining table for 4, DVD player, ice maker, lighted closets, it just goes on & on. This is our absolute favorite place to stay in Vegas!!

Really liked the room, big room for Vegas, nice TV,fridge,etc... Hotel was "swanky" without being pretencious. My conference ... was Mandalay Bay, a LONG walk after the Excalibur-MBay tram stopped at 10:00PM, otherwise a easy 15 minute trip to get that far. (35-40 if you have to hike it.

This location is a 1/4-1/2 mile walk to the strip and/or MGM. If you hate walking you will hate this location or be in a cab all the time. We love to hike so it worked well for us. Fastest route to the strip is from the front of the Hotel and go west to Planet Hollywood, not through the MGM. Its expensive to eat on the strip so I took the city bus to the Vons market near the UNLV campus the first morning and stocked the fridge for breakfast, some lunches and snacks. The pull out sleeper couch was firmer and better than most but still a pullout. If you have more than two adults I would suggest the 2 bedroom. The Lazy River inner tube rental was $16 so we shared one and felt it was worth it. A few guests brought their own tubes.
