I and My husband decided to stay this hotel, coz it was good rate and decent price for this location. However, card key ... didnt work out twice...and we were supposed to get a king bed, but we get two twin beds. room was clean and comfortable, but it was little small and dark.

Room was very nice, clean, and comfortable. Bathroom, however, was very small. Could not turn around in it without hitting or ... bumping into something. No grab bar in shower made it feel a little scary as I am not as steady on my feet as I once was. Falling in this bathroom would have required a hospital stay!!! The onsite restaurant was only open for breakfast and although the Longhorn Steakhouse was attached, I would have preferred a little lighter fare for lunch or maybe to be able to buy some pastry or other snacky item. As far as smoke-free, both my husband and I could smell smoke when getting off the elevator. No smell of smoke in the room, however. The internet service was not free, either. It cost $5.95 per day. All in all, for as much time as we spent in the room, I have no complaints....the bed was comfortable, the room was very clean and the number of TV stations adequate. I would stay again as the price was very good.

Close to many food options, target, office max, etc. A little far from city on public transportation, but if prepared can ... enjoy the city without driving. Approx. 2 hrs from Lincoln Park on bus and el. But nice to be in suburbs. Heard planes, but pleasant. Nice clean rooms, bathroom small, but very nice decor. Have been repeatly,worth the savings.

Stayed there because I had a wedding to go to half a mile down the block.It was good,I wish they had more coffee available in ... the room.Otherwise clean room and bathroom,quiet enough.I didn't like so musch that I was on the first floor,next time I will ask to go higher up in the building.

Friendly and careful staff, quick respond, best service I've experienced,really made me feel like home. The room and the bed ... are great, just be careful to check if the "sleep mode" does works. Free shuttle to airport, where there is subway to downtown, making sightseeing very convenient. There is no great view or pool, but it was quiet and clean, just great. Strangely, while providing iron and other fancy utilities, some basic ones such as toothbrush and slippers are not provided.

Unbeatable location for the price

Chose this hotel for its great rates plus its proximity to the train to the city and suburbs. The Rosemont CTA Blue Line ... station is a 5 minute drive and the parking at that station is dirt cheap. The hotel was clean and an excellent surprise was the balcony. There wasn't a view of anything, but it beats walking down just for some fresh air. There was not a refrigerator in the room, which was another, though unfortunate, surprise. The room also had a Sleep Number bed, which took some adjusting, but was very comfortable.

Get a multi-day CTA transit card and drive to the Rosemont CTA terminal. It beats driving and parking in the city.

We went to see Lollapalooza the location was excelent for this we hoped a bus just a block away from the hotel and took it to ... the CTA Train and away we went... the hotel had alot of the party goers but it never realy seemed like it. It was always quiet and relaxing. I didn't care for the sleep number bed i found it hard to get comfortable, but thats a lesson learned.(I never slept on one before)All and all it was a great experiance the hotel and the consert!

I stayed at the Radisson in Des Plaines because I was attending a 3-day business conference in nearby Park Ridge, Il. I ... didn't spend too much time in the hotel besides sleeping. The Jonas Brothers had a concert at the Allstate Arena across the street and it was noisy as the concert was letting out. But other than that, no complaints about the hotel itself.

There are several restaurants within walking distance (Chili's, 24-hour IHOP, 24-hour Subway, Chipotle, Steak & Shake, Panda Express) as well as a Bar and Restaurant in the hotel.

I was with my husband on a business trip. The hotel's location was very convenient to shopping and eating. You can walk ... across the street and get food. The rooms are clean and cozy. Like the sleep number bed. Service is wonderful. Would definitely come back.

Exceeds expectations. Looks like a recent renovation. Great vslue for the price. We had lots of activities for the long ... weekend, so we did not use many of the facilities, but the room was clean and furniture was nice. I am paricular about carpeting, this was spotless in room and hallways. I hope they can keep it looking new for a long time. Great value - I would definitely look to stay there if traveling to Chicago and staying near O'Hare.

The Radisson was clean and convenient. I live in the suburbs and was in Rosemont for a wedding. The hotel room was clean ... and the beds were comfy. The shuttle service was great for late night pick-up from a nearby drinking establishment. The one odd thing happened was when I called the front desk to get a cab, the lady ordered us a towncar that we ended up having to pay $16 for a little over a mile ride...I would stay there again though!

Rooms were very clean and I loved the sleep number bed. We were very close to the airport, yet rooms were quite. Area seemed ... safe, good shopping and dining nearby. About an hour commute into Chicago downtown at around 9am in the morning, not bad considering the traffic. One negative was internet access on the 4th floor. Had to use ethernet cable and I never got it to work. Front desk offered to send an engineer, but i just used the wireless in the lobby area.

I was in Chicago for a convention at a different hotel and stayed at the Radisson because it was cheaper- it ended up being a ... very wise choice. The beds were comfortable, clean, and perfect. The service was fast and professional and the shuttle into O'Hare to get a train to downtown was convenient and reliable. I would highly recommend this hotel to any traveler for any reason.

When going to Downtown Chicago... don't try to drive there!!! Drive your car to the train station and take public transportation there. Parking is really hard (took us about 45 minutes to find a parking space)to find and it is not free (in most cases).
