I would recommend this hotel. Very clean and friendly staff. the food was a plus also. would stay here again and me being a ... shopper it was perfect spot walking distance to the promenade shopping center. Dinah's was a good place to eat also.

Room was not clean, hair in shower, dirty vanity, toilet did not work properly, had to have maintenance come to fix it and ... even then it did not flush properly. Staff not very helpful, would not stay there again.

One nice thing about the room is the mini-fridge, so we were able to keep snacks and beverages handy the whole stay. There is an Albertson's grocery store and CVS Pharmacy around the corner (across the hotel parking lot) so you can definitely walk there and get anything you might need.

The only issue was the paid parking of $14. Paid parking should had been identified on the hotel add. It makes a difference ... in selection based on total cost of room rates

I had to move out of my house somewhat sudden. Afte that, I have been in probably 7 hotels in 3 weeks. This was the first ... place I stayed in the beginning. This is also the last one I am staying at. This has been by far the best hotel I have been to out of them all. The service is great, It allows pets, The room is a nice size and includes a nice desk, Resteraunt staff and room service staff are wonderful. I really have nothing bad that I can say about this place. Thank you Radisson!!

The location was great! Your by everything from the movies, a mall around the corner, to Nordstrom Rack. The hotel lobby was ... beautiful, the staff was friendly. The Bar area was awesome there was some live Jazz during the weekend so the area was busy. I was not to found of the bathroom because it was small and the water pressure was very low. You had to flush the toilet twice L I was also not pleased with the high cost of parking per day. Overall it was quiet and nice I would stay their again only if I got a good rate I wouldn't dare pay the hotel price per night.

Great hotel. We loved our stay here. Location is excellent, close (but not too close) to LAX. Very convenient supermarket ... next door and walking distance to the The Promenade at Howard Hughes Center, with movie Theater and restaurants. Great price, even better with Orbitz. Stayed here before, defenatevly coming back. Thanks Orbitz!

We were in Los Angeles because my daughter is moving into an apartment in the city. The hotel and its excellent respite from ... the the myriad details of the move. The staff was friendly and courteous, the accommodations were first rate and the location of the hotel was perfect for the things we needed to do in the city.

This hotel is not in a great location if you want to be near anything of interest in LA. It is close to the freeway, but ... that is a little annoying if you are trying to relax by the pool. We booked this because of the great rate, but were disappointed that they charge an additional $14 a day to park there. The staff was generally unenthusiastic and the internet access consisted of 2 kiosks in the lobby with super slow connections (although I think they also offered wireless access if you have your own laptop). One night we decided to relax in our room and called to request a corkscrew from the front desk. They told us we needed to bring our bottle of wine down to the bar and the bartender would open it. They did, but this was really inconvenient. One morning we went down to the pool (around 10 am) and there were no clean towels, just a pile of dirty ones. The windows do not open so there is no fresh air at all, and the room was only moderately clean (at best) . The pool, whirlpool, and fitness center were all fine. The fitness center is not big but it looked clean. They also advertised that the hotel was in "walking distance" to several shopping centers. One of them (Westfield) was not even opened yet - it's brand new, and only about half the stores are finished so there is not much there. The other (Howard Hughes Center) was ok and in walking distance, but if you choose to drive there they also charge for parking. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless they are doing business at one of the corporate buildings in the immediate vicinity. It's just not a fun or scenic place to be for vacation, especially with all the variety LA has to offer.

Right next to airport, but you would't want to try to walk to terminal. Hotel shuttle only left once/hour in the peak AM ... travel. Easy to find off the 405, good parking, restaurant was fairly priced with OK food. More interesting restaurants a block away. Very quiet for an airport location. Great desk staff.

whether it was calling for a shuttle or arranging for a wake up call or requestig some basic information the front desk never ... seemed to want to pick up the phone. It may well be that the staff is not paid enough so they are not motivated to work or the other case may be a lack of traiig or multi-management

Big mall and eating places abound but it is a questionable neighborhood so be vigilant. You will instantly recognize the cafe on the corner from a very well known movie that was filmed there staring a scripture quoting henchman in gym shorts who asked everybody to be cool.
