Update and shampoo carpets please.

My stay was overnight so I would be close to the airport for my early flight. The hotel is in need of updates. The carpet ... felt and looked very dirty with several stains. The muggy feel of the room and hallways were very uninviting and left me with less than a good nights rest.

Easy access from airport - too expensive for old facility. Very small beds - full size instead of queens. Carpet wasn't ... very clean. Did not supply mattress cover for portable crib.

I stayed at Comfort Inn & Conference Center of St. Louis, Missouri for 1 day. Rest of my stay was for the business purpose. I ... liked the meeting rooms at Comfort Inn & Conference Center. The meeting room was huge. Good arrangements made by the staff. The management was sharp and prompt. All the best facilities were provided by the hotel on time for our company meeting. The internet access was free for all our business team attending the meeting. Manager [...] personally took care of our needs and made sure that the meeting goes smoothly without any disturbances. I liked the hotel pool area the best. The pool was indoor and heated pool. The breakfast was free, and maintained fine quality..staff at breakfast area helped well. The hotel was clean at all times and all places. Rooms were clean. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Free airport shuttle service did a great job of receiving and dropping their guests on time. Fitness center was one of the best amenities of the hotel. Me and my colleagues were impressed by the meeting facilities and other amenities at Comfort Inn & Conference Center. I hope that all our future meeting in St. Louis, Missouri are held at Comfort Inn & Conference Center hotel.

Would recommend to a friend!

We stayed at the Comfort Inn because it was close less than two miles from the University of Missouri where the Spring to ... Dance Festival was held. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was large and just fine; it had high-speed internet. The bed was comfortable. The pool was great. I enjoyed a morning swim. We would definitely stay there again. It's not a classy hotel, but certainly comfortable and clean.

Did not get bed sizes reserved. Very uncomfortable beds. Could not sleep thru soung of AC condenser trying to kick on but ... failing, very warm and humid. But the people were friendly despite not addressing room and bed size.

The room was very comfortable and pleasant. It was nice to have a refrigerator and microwave in the room. The room was ... clean. I like the set up for the bathroom and the extra sink outside. I thought the breakfast was excellent. All in all it was a great stay and convenient to the airport.

I felt an added security that this location being a conference center it would be a nice stay. Additionally, I was most ... interested in the location due to an early morning flight and the shuttle service. I am pleased that the shuttle was on time, efficient, and the driver(s) communicated where they would pick up and what to do upon our return arrival. When we arrived at the hotel, I immediately noticed the outside perimeter in need of repair. In addition, once we parked, we did not move our car in fear that we may not get a parking spot once we returned. The check-in was slow, with many people waiting, and only one staff member was available to meet the demands of arrivals. I am not ever one to complain and this is not the worst place I have stayed in, but I would suggest some maintenance on the hotel. Would I stay here again or recommend this particular hotel to a friend? I am unsure if I would, and would probably use it as a last resort, but I am thankful we were able to meet our basic needs of sleep and catch the red-eye.

Quick Stay Over

My wife and I had a five hour stay here due to flight arrangements. The room was good, the bed comfortable and pillows ... nice. The shower and bathroom was good. We didn't have a long enough stay to judge the restaurant or pool. The shuttle driver did not pick us up at the airport for at least 30 minutes after being called. The check-in staff was slow and unfriendly, especially at 1:00 a.m. No one could tell us exactly when the airport shuttle ran.

This hotel hasn't been maintained. Radio did not work, light by bed unplugged. Hotel restaurant was Chinese, but with ... american food, too. Pork chops tough, mashed potatoes out of a box, didn't know what gravy (but gave me sauce - country gravy). Shuttle did not run on schedule and this turned out to be the best part of the stay.

The airport comfort inn was well matained and very comfortble to stay in. The staff was freindly and helpful to our every ... need. The room was very and cozy to stay in . The bed was comfortble . I would highly reconmmed everyone to stay in this comfort inn when in the stlouis area.

Accomodations clean and comfortable. Hotel clerks not pleasant. Food and mixed drinks in the restaurant very poor. If you ... stay there, fine, but don't eat there, and if you eat there, don't pay the $18 for the steak. Easy access to airport.

Really a nice hotel. The only bad thing that happened was a truck was broken into the night before we stayed. The ... neighborhood around the hotel may not be the best but it is a very nice hotel.

Would recommend to a friend!

The only problem I had with this hotel was that they were remodeling, and there were screws,nails, and debri on the hallway ... floors in some places. Other than that the room was very nice and very clean. It's located next to some apartment buildings were there are some people that look a little not so friendly constantly coming and going, but that's expected in St. Louis.
