Drive back toward the airport or toward the big mall to find places to eat. There is nothing for quite awhile if you drive north on International BLVD from the hotel.

Good Place to stay
Cathy Nov 3, 2009
Mostly good. The one front desk attendant was very nice and helpful. Room was fine. They need more space for hanging ... clothes. Location was convenient - a little tricky figuring out which exit to take off I-5 from the North. It was hard not to accidently end up at the airport first. Location was mostly quiet (little traffic noise and not too much airplane noise.

It was a comfortable stay in Seattle. The only point I would like to request to this Hotel is "Weak Wi-Fi circumstances". ... Please improve, then I'll give 5 stars to this hotel. By the way, Day time front staff is very good but night time person was blunt.

Not that good
Seattle Oct 13, 2009
Bad, I asked for wake up call and they did not get one. There was no orange juice in the breakfast and water was coming out ... instead. It was only 7.00am and informed the front desk and he did not bothered to refill it. He said its all what you get. very simple breakfast. Over all zero customer service and very unfreindly. Did not like the mangement and the front desk; not helpful.

Mam, you get the STINKY ROOM!!!
The lady that doesn't smoke Sep 14, 2009
Due to my previous positive experience I had with the Ramada hotel lead me to the choice of this hotel line again, but my ... intuition failed. Late at night, after a tiring trip I walked in the door of the hotel lobby smiling at the guy at the check-in desk and said: "Hello". I was expected to hear something welcoming back or maybe to see a friendly smirk on his face. Instead I heard a rude "Yes" and was stared at angry. Ignoring the stare I told him about my reservations I booked the night before online. He looked up my name and replied: "You have ORDERED a SMOKING room from( another website name) , fill this out", and handed me a paper". -"I'm sorry but, the room I ordered was a non-smoking and the reservations were through the Cheap Tickets" I said calmly. - "I have the paper work with your name that shows that you have ordered room that is smoking"- he replied with frustrated glance. I used the internet and printed the receipt from my e-mail that stated the reservation site and the non-smoking room request. Our dialog continued, and did not lead anywhere. The guy told me that there was nothing he could do at this point, only if I would have arrived earlier he might have been able to help me. There were no other vacant rooms in the hotel and this one was paid for already. No point to be looking for another hotel which was vacant on a late saturday night. I was tired and angry. I slept in the room, suffocating from the odder of the pillows, sheets and the blanket and woke up with a headache the next morning. The bar soap in the shower made my day- it smelled fruity. &And now you want to think that you pay for the service and the quality you deserve. This was the worse experience ever with any hotel I have ever had. Unprofessional and rude! Never the less a guy at the check out was very nice and friendly the next morning.

So-So...
nap4mom Aug 15, 2009
PROS: * It was close to the airport and the new Lite Rail station, which made commuting very handy. We had bought parking ... tickets for Safeco Field, but after taking the Lite Rail to downtown earlier in the day, we decided to take it to the Mariner's game that night instead of driving. We were very glad that we did! Very convenient. * The rooms were clean and adequate. * The staff was very helpful and friendly. CONS: * We did not like the parking situation at all. We drive a Dodge Ram Full Sized truck, and the parking garage was extremely small and there were limited parking spaces. On our last night there, they had run out of parking places. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly and they shuttled us to another parking area and brought us back to the hotel, so it worked out, but it was a little unnerving having to park our vehicle away from the site. At times, the area seemed a little seedy to us, but it worked out just fine. OVERALL: The hotel was very adequate and very convenient. We enjoyed our stay.
