Great all around deal.

I gave this Hotel a perfect rating because of what you get for the price ($72.06 w/taxes included). Rooms were very clean, ... didn't here any neighbors all night or in the morning. It also had a free breakfast buffet. Small but had bacon, eggs, muffins, etc. Our second time here in a year.

We really enjoyed our stay except the woman at the front desk was rude and grilled us on our room choice. She then sent us to ... get a parking permit from a timeshare seller. Luckily, he put no 'real' pressure on. That being said, the room was very clean and spacious. Everything was at high standards we attach to the Holiday Inn and the bed was divine. The lobby smelled fresh and clean also. Breakfast was great and efficiently run.

Excellent vaue for Disney World vacation stay. 10 minutes (max) from all the parks; 15 minutes from the airport; great ... brakfast. Hotel is a little older but clean and well maintained.

location location location. this was our first family vacation. very clean. great staff for exciption of 1 person. not a bad ... breakfest selection. many great dinning areas just steps away. we had problems with the key cards a few times but that was taken care of in a timly manner. house keeping was great and respectfull. loved the pool and water slide hot tub was a plus could of been a bit hotter.

This is the second time we stayed at this location. We are from Miami and we drive over to visit the theme parks whenever we ... have a couple of free days to spare. It was basically by accident that we found out about this hotel, and we think this is the best hotel for the price you pay. It is at a great location, and the service is fantastic. We have previously stayed at much more expensive hotels that routinely receive 4-5 stars (e.g., the Peabody). I am not sure how allocates these star ratings at cheaptickets.com (they are hopelessly unreliable), but we are getting very tired for being charged for resort fees, wi-fi access, etc., and even warming up the milk for my little daughter. No, thanks. Believe me, Holiday Inn Extra @ LBV is the place we will stay the next time around too.

Overall, I was very happy with the hotel. The rooms were clean and the hotel was relatively quiet. The inclusive breakfasts ... were good. Guest relations were very helpful. Most guests are probably not aware that the hotel is a 30 minute walk from Downtown Disney. The shuttle system to Disneyworld was kind of limiting and having Downtown Disney close by gave me many more options.

Trip to Orlando to visit Disney World. This is the 2nd time I have stayed at this hotel and will stay again. Conviently ... located a short drive from park entrances. Large variety of resturants and fast food places a short walk or drive away. Stayed 3 nights - Rooms were very nice with comfortable beds and our room even had a balcany. Staff friendly and helpful. Contential breakfast had a wide variety of options from fresh fruit and yogert to bacon and eggs. Coffee available in lobby all day also very nice. Pool and deak area were very nice, hot tub was great and the water slide was a very fun "extra"! I would definately recommend this hotel to all!

My stay was wonderful until my second day I forget to removed the do not disturb sign so my room was not clean i called down ... and they send someone to get the thrash, The following day I waited for my room to be cleaned and replacment towell even though i call down 3 time to get soap and towell i had to go to the front desk they page someone and tell them quest is waiting that was about 2pm when someone finally get there it was 5pm so my bed was not change for the 4 nights i was there. The excused was they had to do the checked out first.

Visited Walt Disney World Epcot; Magic Kingdom and Hollywood Disney. All the hotel staff were pleasant and helpful. I would ... stay at the Holiday Inn Express @ Lake Buena Vista again. The memory of the soft and restful pillows and the incredible cinnamon rolls will stay with me for a long, long time.

During our vacation we stayed three times at this hotel. The main reason for choosing it was a very good quality price ratio ... and the good ratings. The first two times we liked the rooms and the breafast buffet that was included. The reception, however, was only so so. The third time we checked in very late and received only a room on the first floor. It was a bit noisy, the telephone didn't work and the bathroom had no ventilation.

Do NOT get sucked in to a timeshare demo in order to receive good prices on tickets, unless you have a lot of spare time. We were told it was a 90 minute presentation, and almost 4 hrs later we finally had our tickets..bad deal, just say no.

I was visiting Walt Disney Parks from Scotland and with my two children (aged 12 and 15). The hotel was clean and the staff ... were very friendly. There was a range of food options for breakfast and the idea of free wireless internet was great (something that many hotels in the UK should emulate). The transportation to and from Disney and Universal theme parks, and to and from other parts of the city was very restricted if you do not have your own car. The coutesy bus provided by the hotel only departs from the hotel to just one theme park at 3 specific times during the day and returns at 3 specific times from the same park.

This Hotel is 5-10 minutes away from these events. I would not recommend walking. There is road construction, and extremely busy traffic with 6 or more lanes to cross. The walk is approximately 20 minutes to Downtown Disney. Shuttle is provided but you have to be at the stop on time.
