Sleeping only, or maybe not
Greg Sep 14, 2009
How do I start, asked for a parking lot room got street, asked for an upgrade and was told no rooms left and parking lot ... stayed empty for the weekend, maybe there was other rooms? Toilet flooded told front desk and was handed a plunger over the counter, doesn't maintence do this? Left all lights on just in case there were roaches around , didn't see any in our room, but saw them in continental breakfast area. Would pay for a Name hotel for a few bucks more for peace and clean surrroundings

Very good location for the price"
traveler Sep 8, 2009
I liked staying in that hotel; it's my second stay there; front desk and a room service are good; location is perfect; ... unfortunately there is no restaurant belongs to hotel and a continental breakfast provided is kind of poor (in terms of choices and quantity) - but at least there IS a breakfast included in a price. Also there is only one parking place per room - we arrived in two cars and it was kind of inconvenient.. But you can enjoy free Wi-Fi and a nice balcony. Would recommend my friends to stay there.

Good room for the price
Julie Sep 1, 2009
I booked the room the same day we checked in. I wasn't sure what kind of room we would get. I was pleasantly surprised. ... The hotel is right on the beach. There are 2 pools; one inside and one outside. The beach is clean and there are lifeguards. We were only there for 2 nights. We sat on the beach for the one day we were there. It was a great get-away!

We basically took in the sites of O.C. He took our 6year old to Jolly Rogers a few times. It's directly across the street & ... that made it very convenient. I only wish we would have stayed longer.

Overpriced Motel
Ashley Aug 24, 2009
Overpriced motel. The room was not very clean and the building condition was poor, with peeling wall paper, cracks in the ... shower, rusty doors, frayed carpet and old furniture. The walls were paper thin and you could hear the people on the floor above "stomping" around at all times. The continental breakfrest consisted of coffee, packaged muffins and bagles. Overall, this hotel was very overpriced compared to other, newer hotels in the area.

This was a great hotel... we were right next to the beach. We didnt get the view of the ocean though like the description we ... picked but the rooms were nice and clean and we had a big balcony! No streets to cross to get the beach like in previous motels. Will be staying here again in the future.

Great Find!!
newly engaged Jul 17, 2009
This hotel's website photo makes it appear as if you have to walk a block to the ocean but you dont! It backs to the ocean ... with only their oceanfront rooms blocking a direct view from our room but we could still see the ocean. We didnt use the pool because we were there for the beach. Staff was friendly. Continental breakfast was typical of any but the coffee, tea, and hot chocolate are offered 24 hours. This is the hotel I will return to again and again

The check in and out was easy and fast. The staff were very nice and attentive. It was overall an excellent stay. Both hotels ... are right there at beach. Didn't have to cross any streets. Very close to boardwalk and local attractions. Would recomemd to anyone. Prices are reasonable for being that close to beach.

good location for the price
bike5 May 29, 2009
Cycling around was nice because the area is flat. There are many places for dining or snacking. Literally two steps to the ... beach, which is much wider than in Rehoboth. Large amusement park is located right accross the street, which is convenient for families with kids. Wi-Fi Internet connection was somewhat missing. In general, the place is OK for the price.

For me, the best shopping was at Tanger Outlets, Rehoboth Beach, DE. I drove there 25 miles along Coastal Highway (about 40 min from the hotel).

We were in town for a wedding and did not spend much time in the room. For the price it was fine. Seemed a little old. It ... was small. But we pretty much just slept there. Our room was on the highway so we could here traffic. They do have other rooms, in a different building. Staff was really nice.

Great Place To Stay
Melissa Sep 2, 2008
My mother was able to watch our 11 month old while me and my husband stayed one night at this hotel. It was a great ... experience. We really had wanted to stay on the boardwalk, but there was nothing available and if it was, it wasn't in our price range. I like this hotel though, because the beach is right there within walking distance, so you dont have to find a place to park. We had a wonderful time.

Harvey Aug 8, 2008
The stay was wonderful, right on the beach and very close to the Boardwalk. Highly recommend Ocean view rooms from the ... second floor thru the fifth floor. Stay away from First floor ocean view, you will only see the pool and sand dune. All in All a GREAT place to stay. we will visit them again.
Traveler type: Family
When walking on the Boardwalk, the bulk of the activity starts at 12th and Boardwalk, either take the trolley ($3.00 per person per trip) or the bus on the roadway ($2.00 pass for all day). but either way have a great time !!!!

The hotel was a perfect place for a few days stay. The room was very spaceous and clean. The staff were extremely helpful and ... friendly. The staff went over and above to make sure that our stay was comfortable and safe. I spent my time on the beach which was very easily accessible and clean. The pool areas were not much to right home about but I am picky about pools.

The hotel was ok..Don't expect any wow factor..Also if you have a nice car and would like to park it in the hotel parking lot ... you might you might want to consider going to dinner early and coming back early caue you will not find a spot unless by luck someone leaves. But I had a good time so hopefully you will too.
