From: Highway 60. The Best Western Mesa Inn is located on East Main Apache Boulevard off of Highway 60 and Highway 89, a half of mile east of the Main and Stapley intersection. From: Sky Harbor Airport. Exit 202 East - approximately 10 miles to Gilbert Road exit. Turn right on Gilbert and go south approximately 3.5 miles to Main Street. Turn right on Main Street and the Best Western Mesa Inn is a half of mile west on the left. From: Northern AZ on I-17. Going southbound on Interstate 17 take the Loop 101 Eastbound as you come into Phoenix. Taking 101 Eastbound it turns into 101 Going southbound on I17 take the Loop 101 eastbound as you come into Phoenix. Taking 101 eastbound it turns into 101 southbound. Exit onto Loop 202 east after you pass all the Scottsdale exits. Turn right on Gilbert and go south approximately 3.5 miles to Main Street. Turn right on Main Street and the Best Western Mesa Inn is a half of mile west on the left. From: Southern AZ on I-10. As you enter the Phoenix area take US 60 east to the Stapley Road exit #181. Turn left on Stapley to Main approximately two miles. Turn right on Main and go east for approximately a half of mile. The Best Western Mesa Inn is on the right From: Western AZ on I-10. Take Interstate 10 to the Loop 202 East. Approximately 15 miles to Gilbert Road exit. Turn right on Gilbert and go south approximately 3.5 miles to Main Street. We travel a lot for our work and mostly work at night. The staff was very diligent not to wake us up to clean the room.I ... can't say enough about the stall from check in to check out they were the best.I will reccomend this place and will stay here again

Nice clean rooms. AC worked great,especially when temps were above 100. Went sightseeing. Easy to get around. Minor problems ... with door sticking. They just painted doors and with the temps above 100 degrees. I would probably stick too. Staff were friendly and courteous. Gave us suggestions to different sights to see. Depending where you wanted to eat, most chain restaurants you had drive to. Same with shopping.

SMALL ROOMS - BUT CLEAN

THERE WAS A HIGH SCHOOL TRIP OF SOME KID (OBVIOUSLY, QUITE A FEW TEENAGERS). OUR ROOM WAS NEAR THEM AND THEY WERE ALWAYS ... OUTSIDE AND BACK AND FORTH TO THE POOL. VERY NOISY!!!

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Coffee in room, although our coffee maker was broken and not replaced until we were ... leaving. Breakfast was very good with fresh made waffles and other choices. Staff was friendly and accomodating.

Super Bowl visit

The Hotel staff was very friendly and accomodationg, and my room/bed was comfortable. This was my first trip to Phoenix and ... I was there to attend the Super Bowl. The hotel itself was probably not well situated geographically for the game and I wasn't prepared for how spread-out the area was. Because I was on the go most of the time, traveling to meet friends and family for related activities in other areas (Scottsdale, Glendale, etc.) I did not spend much time in the Mesa area at all.

Housekeeping

We thought the housekeeping staff was very lax. The refrigerator insides(racks) were very sticky and were never cleaned, even ... though we removed them and left them out to be done, we told the manager about this and the housekeepers were told about it, a sticker was in the drain of the tub, removed and left on the edge of the tub, because the room was to be cleaned, it was still there 2 days later. Other than that it was fine.

good value for the money

The room was small, but very clean. There was too much funiture in the room. Overall, I would guess that this facility is 20 ... plus years in age.I thought the facilty was well maintained for it's age. Location was conveinant to my business and the staff was friendly to me as well. Food outlets were close by and the neighborhood seemed ok as well. I would stay there again.

Either direction on Gilbert gives quick access to the interstates 202 loop and Rt.60. Rt 60 west from Gilbert gives you unlimtied food choices and shopping at the Stapley exit.
