Location, location, location

This is a very nice play to stay that is real close to the Disney Parks. We have stayed here multiple times and the rooms ... are great, they are big and the pool is good.

When we got there they didnt even have our reservation in the computer. We were pressured into going on a "time share tour" ... after only being there for 10 minutes. They continued to call for 2 days about it and one morning called at 8:30 am. The rooms were nice and big and it was nice having the washer and dryer and a fully equipped kitchen. Overall the stay was nice except for the time share harrassing.

Very close to disney and shopping

This hotel is about 10 minutes drive from Disney, and has nearby shopping and restaurants. The main pool is a good size, but ... the kiddy pool was quite dirty when we went. The rooms are large, the kitchen well-equipped, and the dual bedroom/bathroom suites suited my large family very nicely. The furniture is clean, but dated (think wicker and bamboo). No recycling facilities. Our friends were in the next room, and we could never hear them, but we could clearly hear the sound of children running in the room above us. Even so, we will definitely consider this hotel again in the future.

This is one of the closest hotels to Disney, aside from the resort itself. Walmart is a 10 minute drive in the other direction, and a good place to stock your kitchen. Ask for a room on the second floor; you avoid the bugs & lizards from the first floor, but it's not too high of a climb.

Excellent trip and Stay

I really enjoyeed my experience and so did the family. Just did not lie listening to a lecture before recieving parking pass ... about the hour seminar especially since I own a timeshare, gave the guy a $20 just to get out of there. Very close to the four Disney theme parks and excellent buffets on the strip that were affordable. Highly recommend and the room was very nice and had enough space for us all. Kids enjoyed the swimming pool. Great location and would visit again but please let me get my parking pass from the front desk staff.

TWO TUMBS UP PARKWAY, FANTASTIC STAY!!

Checked in March 28,2009 and stayed 11 days. Check in was great and they even had my room ready early!! Our trip was mainly ... for disney and to enjoy some of Kissimee's local attractions. Parkway's location was fantastic, it's right in the middle of the action yet, so private you hardly even know it. Disney Parks are literally minutes away and shopping and dinning areas are abundant. Parkway is a short walk to Old Towne where the kids enjoyed rides, and my wife and I enjoyed live entertainment, margaritas, and shopping! The rooms were very well kept and very clean, we felt right at home. It was so relaxing we took a couple of days just to stay at the resort and enjoy the tiki bar and pool while the kids swam and enjoyed hosted activities. The staff was excellent, and we had a great time socializing with the other vacationers at the tiki bar/pool area. We also enjoyed a couple games of tennis and walking the nature trail. Parkway is certianly a place I would highly recommend to anyone, perfect stay @ a perfect price, and I can't wait to go back. Thank you Parkway for making our vacation the best, TWO THUMBS UP!! The accomodations were HUGE- and well maintained. Great jacizzi in the master bath. Lots of electrical outlets- very ... conveniant. 3 TV's and telephones in the villa. Super close to Disney Parks and very conveniant location for dining and shopping on route 192.

The Parkway International Hotel has large rooms. The kitchen is very well equiped including a very useful washer and dryer ... so you can pack less clothes and wash out the bathing suits and beach towels from the wonderfully clean and maintained pool and hot tub. the little play area for small kids. the rooms all have nice tvs,dvds,large storage spaces. The 2 baths are a real convenience with a group of adults or kids. the screened balcony is great for sitting and the ceiling fan will cool you on those warm nights. Each room has convenient 2 entrances and patio doors from the master bedroom.They have activities for kids and adults alike. It is located close to entrance of Disney,shopping,restaurants and a party area. The staff there are very accommodating,friendly and helpful. The parking lot security people make themselves known and are friendly. I have stayed here 5 times and loved it every time.

Since the hotel is located in a scenic area, you will have to drive or walk about 1/2 mile to reach all the shopping,restaurants,attractions and freeway. The entrance to any Disney park is about 2 miles. The freeway to and from the airport is located about 1/2 mile and the airport is about 15 minutes away.
