Nice hotel but a ways from the Anaheim Convention Center. Great pool and jacuzzi. I wish there had been an upclose mirror in ... the bathroom for make-up prep. And having the light switch outside the door was clumsy.

We were provided with a room with a wall as our window, we managed to change to a different room however it was dusty. We ... understand that they were doing some renovation however, it should be brought up to Orbitz attention prior to letting anyone book this hotel. Plus side, great location for food and there is a Target nearby. We thought the workers in target are better in service then the hotel.Shuttle bus to disney was a nice amenities.

They let us check in early, which was fabulous. The room was quiet, clean, and comfy. The shuttle service was on time and ... reliable. I was disappointed that we were charged $15 to park at the hotel. I would have liked to know about the charge when selecting a hotel.

Exactly what you expect from a Hyatt

We attended a health related conference at another hotel but preferred to stay at the Hyatt when we discovered one was close ... by. Services were exceptional, rooms were tastefully decorated. Pool and fitness center met my husband's needs. Of particular note were the concierge/bell staff - great personalities, solid knowledge of the area for directions and recommendations for shopping, etc. I'd highly recommend the Hyatt and will definitely return next year.

This was our first stay at this Hyatt. The rooms were average, but clean. One morning we had a note slipped under our door @ ... 0900 that said because we had a privacy sign up our room couldn't be cleaned that day. We found 0900 a little unreasonable to say that, but the cleaner was down a few doors when we left a few minutes later & we told her we were out & they did clean our room without question. Staff was friendly. Was nice to have the starbucks & gift shop with cheaper water than buying @ Disney. Shuttle service to Disney was great. Pools were a little small, but adequate. Food in the restaurant was good, but service was slow...nobody seemed to care that we were in a hurry to get to Disneyland :) Overall I would recommend this hotel. The hotels closer to Disney were more expensive & for the most part the majority of them looked a little dingy. This was great value for what we paid.

Everything was great from the hotel staff to all the amenities the hotel offers. The rooms were nice and clean and fairly ... good size. However did not include a refrigerator nor microwave (which would have been nice). It did include a safe, but I never used it. I did have a great view of Disneyland fireworks show so that was a plus.

Right across the street there is a Target, Wal-greens, Outback steak house, Joe's crab shack, Red robin, and Tuti fruti (yogurt). The Hyatt offers a free shuttle to Disneyland every half hour which was awesome!

This is the perfect hotel for Disneyland. It's a great value compared to staying on the resort. The shuttle to Disneyland ... is convenient and easy. The hotel is big enough to keep little ones occupied. Every member of the staff performed at 5 star levels, literally from house keeping to room service to front desk to hosts, hostesses and wait staff at the restaurants. The hotel itself is big and convention-like, but the staff brings it down to boutique levels.
