Bearing in mind that it is a budget hotel, this was a great place to stay. Room was clean, well layed out and the kitchenette ... was nice. The only knock is that they add bill for everything, pets $25, internet $4, etc. So if you want extras, be aware of the prices before booking.

Be sure to take advantage of the nice walking areas surrounding the hotel location and the beautiful shade trees along the routes too. It was very calming to unwind by taking a nice walk after a good drive, then come back to a calm setting like your room afterwards.

I had asked for a non-smoking room and apparently in fine print somewhere it was considered at 'special request' from Orbitz ... and I needed to call the hotel to confirm details...this was a business trip and I wanted to make things simple, not have to follow up on every angle of my trip.

Very relaxing

I came to run the inaugural 2009 Seattle Rock 'N' Roll Marathon, and the race start was only about a mile away from the ... hotel. It was nice to have a few days of relaxation and great rest before the race. The surrounding area had great places to walk around with shade trees all around you. I'd stay there again if I had to do it all over again.

My review of Extended Stay Deluxe Seattle - Renton

The facilities in general had everything, but it was all with simple taste, which I'm sure helps keep the rates down. Our ... room was directly above the sparkling pool, adjacent to parking lots of some larger businesses, but some very large trees gave us lots of privacy. Location was convenient to several restaurants, and to both I-405 and I-5. The only bad thing is that our room smelled of smoke, though it was supposed to be non-smoking, so I had to wash all our clothes when we got home. But I can't say enough about the staff. Everybody was VERY helpful, and as a result it was a great stay.
