The Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. They answered all of my questions w/o attitude. The pool was awesome and ... my three little girls loved it. I would definately recommend this hotel.

While we were there we attended a conference, visted family in Newark, took tours and shopped.Something that was really ... helpful was we were able to get location maps from the staff to several locations we wanted to visit. We were able to park in the front of the hotel, instead of in the parking garage, which would have been further to hotel.It was easy to get around since we rented a car.

The room I had was really nice - two double beds with a view of the mountains. The decor is very modern, and the entire ... hotel looks like it's been updated recently. The staff was great, and I will definitely stay here again.

The hotel room was very clean efficient & quiet. The king size bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept ... in. Stayed on the 10th floor and had a panoramic view of the mountains from my window. I like the convenient free parking in front of the hotel. It was a great value for the money!

We planned to go to great america the best part was the discount tickets. The dining was not reasonable at all paid 14$ for ... a hamburger that was not worth 14$ maybe 9$. Some of the staff was not friendly. The amtrak was really close to and that was helpful

fridge only had water i asked for juice iwas told they only stock vip rooms with other drinks and maybe i should upgrade that ... was out off the queition after we unpacked .they had my visa how much do you think they lose because off this policy.and as a result iwill not book their again.

In our first "balcony" room, we easily heard the conversation in the next room. We thought, "is this Motel 6 or Hyatt?" So we ... requested a new room. They were gracious enough to give a new "balcony" room. Ha! Balcony. This was a balcony if a thimble is a brewing vat. The new room was also noisy, this time from the traffic on the busy street in front of the hotel. Can't Hyatt keep their rooms quiet? Is this is really a Hyatt? All of the staff seemed more interested in earning tips than actually helping people. On top of all this, they charge $15/day for internet. This is a Hyatt. Can't Hyatt afford to let people use the internet for free? Even Quality Inn has free internet, but not Hyatt or Hilton for that matter. The higher the price the hotel, the more they charge for the internet. It's quite silly. The overall quality of this Hyatt is far below what I would expect for Hyatt. Not even up to par for a Ramada. Outdated design and peeling late 80's pastel paints. Yech! What a hideous place, on the inside. It is pretty on the outside, or blinding if you happen to be driving by at that exact wrong time of day. Take your money elsewhere. This place isn't worth $60, much less the $100 we paid. Stay in a Holiday Inn, Motel 6, Quality Inn, etc. It's cheaper and you will probably get much better service and quality hotel, or at least the same. Thanks for reading.

Great comortable low hassel hotel

Our trip was so stressful, we had been really busy, the hotel saved us. We were so wiped out but we got to the hotel and ... everything got so much better. It was so easy to check in, absolutely no hassel. The room was perfect exactly what we wanted! Two double beds that when you sat down, you just sank into them. Had flat screen TV on the wall. The thing I loved was the decorations that just helped us to relax. Usually when you stay at a hotel you just need a place to crash but the atmosphere was inviting and relaxing. Loved the room, helped us relax from a whirlwind weekend!
