Hotel not great but service was

Had to get a new room after first one stunk real bad and was obviously being worked on. They should not have released the ... room to anyone. New room was better - it was a handicapped room - but had a smell as well. Not as bad as first one. Service was good, [...] was nice, brought extra towels, was very attentive.

Hotel not great but service was

It was so bad. They first put us in a room that was flooded and sprayed it down with fabreeze. It was hard to get towels and ... the host there was just the worst i have ever delt with. i can not believe they are still around.

The room was outdated. You can feel the dust in the air. I woke up with pink eyes and conjestion. it was as if you felt the ... bed bugs on you. Terrible experierce. checked out before 8 am.

We got to the hotel to check in and had to wait 15-20 mins for a service attendant to be checked in. We didn't realie that ... the sheets had sand in them until we got back later the first night. When we spoke with thr front desk, the man was very rude and a complete smart-ellic. He brought 4 sets of new sheets and pillow cases when the room only had 2 beds. He then proceeded to argue with me about how I didn't call when we first arrived to complain. Needless to say, the other two people I was with also weren't very satisfied either. It was not at all whst was advertised in pictures or on the website.

"Accesible to shopping and fast-food"

The hotel rooms are a nice size. The TV offered a lot of channels for us to watch while we were sleeping. The bathroom area ... was a nice size as well. We weren't convenient to the beach unless you want to walk a good while. We are convenient to fastfood and shopping. Located right next to Big Kahuna Water Park.

Was in Destin for the weekend, hotel ok for the price, but non-smoking room smelled like smoke, the chain on the lock for the ... door was broken in one of the rooms, towels smelled like they had been washed without soap (had a musty, sour smell).

This place was a nightmare from checkin and checkout dirty rooms dirty bathroom the cleaning staff didnt clean our bathroom ... during our intire stay we even switched rooms and the second room was just as worse didnt want to sleep under the covers hte place was creepy by allmeans stay away from the days inn dedstin fla
