My stay at Ramada

Good location. Easy walk to beach (about 15 minutes) or Abbott Kinney. Noisey road traffic in the morning for rooms facing ... road. Free breakfast was nice. Whirlpool was relaxing. More computer time in early morning would be helpful. One block walk to catch local buses.

C & O Resturant(closest to the beach) was alot of fun. Non stop garlic rolls, hourly singing and good wine.

The hotel is of motel standard and not a hotel, I may rated as 2- star accomodation. Location on main street make it quite ... noisy, and facilities and services are quite limited.

Just a short drive to Venice Beach and Marina Del Rey where I spent most of my time. Found some really good restaurants in ... the area. The surrounding neighborhood was charming with it's vintage appeal.

I was really pleased with the location as I'd been smart enough to take my bike with me. Easy approx. 1 mile ride to the ... beach etc. Rent one! Lots of great restaurants in the neighborhood. Ads didn't mention in-room fridge or great HDTV with premium channels, both included. The breakfast bar was simple but just what I wanted. Staff was efficient the very few times they were needed and I liked the courtyard parking. Really big on cleanliness. Looked recently remodeled.

The room had a large [King?] bed and was adequately clean, although the decor could use an upgrade to appear new millenial. ... Somehow I had the feeling of having stepped off into the wrong neighborhood and this was some dive harboring many less than lawful activities. The parking lot features a couple of Mercedes and BMWs, but that could just be since it's LA. The night came and went without major incident or horror story. The only redeeming quality this Hotel featured was the complementary continental breakfast.

This hotel is ideally located for doing business in the Santa Monica through Pacific Palisades Area. The pricing is very ... attractive. Additionally, there are quite a few restaurants located within two block West and South of the hotel.

Decent room, TV Channel selection confusing. Continental breakfast OK at best. Staff very helpful. Busy area,not very ... scenic, lots of traffic but little noise in room. Pretty good for value

Look out for the roaches!

This Ramada Limited lives up to it's title. It is very limited: I was in the room less than 5 minutes when I saw the first ... roach. The tub was dirty, so I took sponge baths. I was there on business, and, when I was on the phone, the staff would tell other callers who else had been calling and who I was talking to. They also gave out my room number, which caused a big problem. One good thng: a desk attendant was very nice and very helpful. The location was good for what I needed.

If your need a place that isn't anything special but just a basic clean place to stay for a couple of nights then this is the ... place. Affordable price for the area, close to nice resturants, shopping centers & of course the beach. I didn't plan on staying at the hotel for any length of time during my stay but just used it to shower & sleep; otherwise, I was gone throughout the day. It's a nice place to park one's vehicle as well & they don't charge extra for it. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for anyone in need of a clean place to stay who isn't looking for anything extra in hotel amenities.

The Ramada Marina del Rey was in a convenient location, basic hotel room, bed not very comfortable, overall room cleanliness ... was marginal. No pool or business center. Breakfast area was very basic and not kept stocked through the time it was open.
