I visited the metroplex to visit with friends and family. I enjoyed being able to return each evening to a clean room and ... friendly staff. I also enjoyed the free brekfast each morning. The hotel is surrounded by many different places to eat and find entertainment...within walking distance.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel overall. The beds were sufficiently firm and the room was very clean. The hotel was airy, ... light and well lit all day, so it felt safe and welcoming. We liked that we could get good coffee and tea any time during the day- that was a nice amenity. The directions to the hotel were confusing and the entrance was not clearly indicated from the highway. It took as several passes by to find the entrance. Better directions would help as we needed to turn into a shopping center off a main road and drive behind the stores to find the hotel. We would stay at this hotel again.

We have stayed at this Holiday Inn Express several times, and they have always met our expectations. The room was very clean, ... bed was extremely comfortable, great towels,and it was quiet at night. There were plenty of choices on the complimentary breakfast buffet. Being right off I-20 makes it accessible to anywhere you might want to go. We will continue to stay here on our visits to this area.

The hotel room really smells like smoke even though it's a smoke free room. The air conditioning unit was very very loud and ... kept me up the whole night. The only great thing about the room is the fridge and microwave. Hot breakfast didn't look so fresh even though we were there right when they start severing breakfast. Husband got sick from eating the country gravy and biscuit, so the second morning he just stuck to the danish. Overall, if I had it give this place a grade, it's would be a D- . Everything from service to the room was not pleasant. The only thing that save this place from an F was the fact that the microwave came in handy for my leftover dinner.

The experience in these Hotel are great. The Personal are great, the rooms are very clean and excelent. The Bathdrooms are ... great and shine. The restaurant are very close, the Mall and Six Flaghs are very close. I like these Hotel
