The staff was very rude, it was like you were inconviencing them when checking in and out. The hotel beds had stains down the ... sides and cigarette burns in the blankets. Their were also stains on the furniture and the room smelled like smoke. We were right next to the 128 and it was extremely noisy in the mornings. The last straw was when the toilet hissed every three minutes and the heater hummed louder than my car!!!! Do not recommend this hotel!!!

If you want a quick and simple breakfast, try Greg's Deli! Go back up the road (only one way to go from the hotel) and take your first left turn onto First Avenue. Follow it for about a 1/4 mile and you will find it on the left. Good food, good sized portions,a nd very friendly staff. Found a lot of locals eating there.

The staff was very rude, they lied about having a continental breakfast,and the environment was not at all welcoming. Rooms ... and furniture were damaged and unkept. I will be traveling to Boston frequently and I never plan to stay here again.

It started off great, smooth check-in and a nice room, but then we couldn't connect to the internet and one of our phones did ... not work when we went to call tech support. Then, the net in our wing of the hotel went down completely because someone ruined the router. I have to say though, they did move us to another room so we could have internet access, although in that room the fan that blew the cool air from the main area to the bedroom was not working, and so was the plug in the sink.

Hotel was poorly constructed, furniture was cheap, bed was very worn,, disposl did not work. Location was ok for driving to ... Salem to catch train to Boston. Staff was nice

I have stayed many times in extended stay hotels while on business trips. This was my first while on a pleasure trip. This ... hotel ranks at the bottom of the list of places to stay. While clean, it was far from spotless and shabby in places. And the cost cutting they have implemented was not good. A kitchen with no paper towels?? No spare roll of toilet paper? A continental breakfast that has nothing by 9:00am? No continental breakfast on the weekends? Try another chain if you plan on staying in an extended hotel in the area!

Staff showed us shopping and dining areas which were close by. Great food and easy access to the Mall. Elevator door opened ... and closed too slowly, otherwise it was a good stopover

Out of the way location--hard time locating it. Hotel on the "old" side - old carpet and floors. Bathroom has "pocket door" ... so no hooks on back. Not enough hangers in closet. No coffee filters for coffee maker - and of course, no coffee. No ice container for icemaker and no ice - reported first day - never attended to. Rooms are only serviced ONCE A WEEK! No shampoo or other amenities in bathroom - only soap. No dish soap either! Pleasant staff. Sufficient parking. Indoor pool.

Decent hotel for the price with friendly employees, only stayed for the weekend. It is primarily designed for an extended ... stay visit with once a week cleaning, etc. Small fitness center and pool on site but I wasn't there enough to make use of them. I would stay there again at that price.
