We stayed at the Holiday Inn for the Packer game. The front desk staff were very friendly and made sure we were comfortable. ... The rooms were very nice (the flat screen tv was an added bonus). There was a dirty towl behind the curtain in the room and the shower was difficult to figure out; you can't just turn it to the red (for hot) you have to turn it in a full circle and back to the red for warm water. The pool and hot tub areas were clean. The staff at breakfast were not very friendly. Not once were we asked if we needed anything else (refils, desert, etc.). Overall it was an OK experience. Next time we would probably opt for a less expensive room with free continental breakfast.

Reservation made through Orbitz specified no smoking. We were only offered somoking room - did not even look at it due to ... asthma. Staff was inflexible and completely unhelpful, and did not even offer to look for alternate accomodations after we suggested it was their responsibility. In the future, we will skip any and all Holiday Inns.

The Holiday Select had a great location for shopping and restaurants. Very friendly staff in the bar and restaurant. I was ... quite pleased with the room size and comfort. The check-in staff could have been a little more on the ball.
