Pretty average.

The Comfort Inn is average at best. My wife and I were traveling with a relative, and we stayed in a room with one king bed ... and a sleeper sofa. The room itself was pretty small with no built-in closets; a wardrobe, which took up quite a bit of space, was provided. The bathroom hadn't been updated in 25 years: old wallpaper, a weak fan, and a heat lamp. The bathtub was slippery - in fact, one of us fell - and the adjustable showerhead wasn't. Just outside our room was a microwave and mini-fridge left over from some other room. It didn't move the whole time we were there. The hallway stunk of smoke (on a non-smoking floor) so much we needed to block the bottom of our door with a towel. Our room was connected to the adjacent room via an in-room door, troubling when you don't know who is in the next room. And I needed to fix our tube TV's reception myself by replugging in the coaxial cable. Breakfast is standard continental fair with a Soviet-era microwave oven provided. It's too bad, as the main lobby and dining area is actually very nice - and all chairs throughout the hotel are armless, a nice accessibility touch. In addition the staff was nice too: when we needed an iron to go with our ironing board, when we needed towels and sheets, and when we needed basic directions they were friendly and helpful. But all in all this is really basic. There are a couple of other options I'd check out in Warsaw first.

Good Service

Comfort Inn and Suites was very quick to solve a minor maintenance issue and to remedy the situation quickly by moving me to ... an upgraded room. It was much appreciated. Good place to get work done in a nice environment.

Great staff, nice surroundings.

Clean, well equipped rooms, great staff, and probably best complimentary breakfast I've seen. I didn't get to use pool, ... or other amenities so like a politician. NO COMMENT .
