We were celebrating my son's b-day while staying in this hotel. The Fairview Heights area is great. Lots of places to eat and ... this hotel is next to the mall. Although the hotel was nice, the only problem I had was that I ended up getting charged for my stay when I had already paid through Orbitz. I am not sure whose fault this was, Orbitz or the hotels, but I had to call the hotel after noticing this charge on my account a couple days after our stay. It took a week for the charge to be taken off my account, which was very frustrating!!! We spent a lot of money on our vacation and was very lucky that my account did not overdraft due to this 'surprise' charge!

We were celebrating my son's b-day while staying in this hotel. The Fairview Heights area is great. Lots of places to eat and ... this hotel is next to the mall.
