When I asked the desk clerks about the proper way to tip the food servers I was told to just hand them money which we did. ... After we checked out we found that a 15% service charge was added to the price of the meal under a mans name. We ate several meals and only once did a male wait on us. Otherwise they were all female servers. Maybe I expected too much when I expected the prices to be lower (since it was China) but was surprised to find out that the breakfast buffet was $31.00 a person. Also, internet services were added and local phone charges to get online and that would not have been a problem but we were told that the service would be free.
