not clean

the people were nice but the linens and towels were not clean. the room itself was dusted and vacuumed but still not ... specifically clean.

"HOT NIGHT"

ARRIVED, PUT ON AC, WENT TO DINNER. CAME BACK, WENT TO BED AND WOKE UP AT 1 AM SWEATING BECAUSE AC WENT SOMEWHERE(STOPPED ... COMPLETELY). NO ONE ANSWERED AT OFFICE. NEXT MORN AT 6:30 WENT TO OFFICE. MAN SAID" I'LL HAVE TO CHECK IT OUT." HAD CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST AND LEFT AT NINE AM. WE HAD TO SHOWER WITH ALL THE WINDOWS AND THE OUTSIDE DOOR OPEN TO COOL OFF. HE STILL HAD NOT COME TO CHECK IT OUT!!!!!!!

Good place for a quick stop-over

I stayed at the Days Inn as a place to rest before continuing the remainder of my trip. I got there at dark, it appeared safe ... and quiet. Check in was easy, bed was comfortable. Was able to grab a cup of coffee and banana on my way out. My only complaint would be even though I am a smoker, I would think there are products out there to rid the room of the stench. I really didn't seem to have many amenities, -if you are just looking for a place to hang your hat, I'd recommend.

The walkway between rooms ...

The walkway between rooms is broken up and since I use a walker it was tough to negotiate... in addition the rooms were ... small and had spiders - I guess this may be due to being in the woods, but... the people were pleasent and accomodating, all in all not a horrible experience.. I've certainly had worse, but not as nice as I would have liked... value for dollar spent...acceptable....
