Not a great experience

furniture was tattered and seat cushions torn. there was a flood outside the room and water was turned off for the rest of ... our stay. only stayed one night so didn't feel the need to complain. after returning home from there noticed my car was side swiped and backed into. had to be from someone staying at that hotel.

This was only a one night stay so we didn't get to spend alot of time there. The room was clean, the staff at the front desk ... was friendly and the location was right down the street from where we had or function.

25 minutes to turn in a rental car at PHX. easier to find on the west side of Phoenix and much easier to find than places around the airport. And the cost is much less for the quality of the motel and services

Works well with rentals cars and PHX

This will work very well for us on repeated trips as a place close enough with rental cars to make early morning flights out ... of PHX. The motel is spotless, however, we were met by a large roach, which we killed. Saw no others. The light between the beds needs the switch replaced. Almost could not get the lights on, and at 5:00 am both lights came on. A mass of pillows, but all the same thickness,and for us too thick for good sleep. A variety of thicknesses and textures provides different folks choices in their normal pillows. We reported all of these things at the front desk in the morning. Notes were taken by the young woman at the front desk and there was no defenseness. Thanked us for expressing the problems and thanked us for staying and hope that we would try them again. The room was 131. The breakfast was great and the people were also great. The place looks very good well maintained and clean. We will go again and would recommend to others. And we will try them the on the next trip and probably next two trips. The roach was probably a random occurance. The thick pillows is not unusual, but we were arriving late and did not feel like asking for special service at that time of night. But the pillows are important and they could post a note in the room that alternative pillows are available, if they are. With the extra charge for luggage on airlines we don't carry the travel pillows that we have when flying except for international travel or traveling domestically in our car.

Didnt get to use the pool. Kinda of a short trip? It was a very peaceful stay. The staff was very accomodating!! Ive stayed ... in alot of hotels.... this one was ok....

I'd stay here again even though it is close to the Municipal Airport in Goodyear. It's near everything and just a ... hop-skip-and a jump of off I-10. The rooms were very clean, you can tell it's been recently remodeled!

Car broke into in parking lot

The hotel was nice and hospitable however during the night my car was broke into. Thieves broke out a large side window on ... my SUV and stole all of my sons clothing and half of mine, Playstation, skateboard helmet and more. I was in the process of moving and had all of our summer clothing in the car. Hotel did call the police for me and gave me a coupon for $50 off another nights stay which I choose not to use for fear of what would happen to my car another night.

It was a convenient location for us to visit local family and friends. The pool was great and the area clean. The carpet ... needed cleaning in our room. There were several little bug in the room.

A Good Stay

Always a good bet is a Best Western, this one didn't disappoint. Friendly helpful staff, room is updated, very clean, pool ... was ready for a swim and relaxation. The restaurant for a late dinner was excellent and fair priced, the continental breakfast in the morning was a good spread.
