Got to the hotel and checked in. For some reason the room we booked with the king size bed for my husband and I was changed ... to a room with 2 small beds in which we did not need and we were cramped our whole stay. Was not at all happy with the stay

Super-quick check in. Nice breakfast selection. Nice sized room with all the standard amenities. They were updating the ... entrance at the time. The bathroom showed signs of water damage and there was a rust stain on the toilet. The trash cans were not emptied when the room was cleaned.

Just stopped overnight off I-40. Room was large enough but very bleak looking and doors opened to outside of building. Not a ... very secure environment. Would not recommend this hotel to disabled or older people.

Large room, with work table and WIFI for business traveller. Non-smoking rooms are not smoke free. Odd smells in ... closet. Breakfast is very limited - cereal, bagels, and frozen waffles. Old property that is in need of more than an update. New beds are nice, but rooms are worn. Convenient to variety of dining venues, as well as DOE sites.

Would recommend finding another location if you are business traveler. First of all, because I booked on Orbitz they did not ... give me my points on my La Quinta card, which is the first time I have encountered that. Kinda motel look...with those old keys. Room was big enough, but bathroom light took 10 minutes to finally come on with the light screen hanging down. The TV would only be on for 3 minutes then shut itself off, and would stay off for over an hour. But was very close to my next morning appointment, but I guess I am used to better from this chain. Better hotels were available down the road. Lesson learned!

I had requested a non-smoking room however when I entered the room, the smell of smoke was strong and there were clean ash ... trays in the room. I was given a second room and found the soap was used, soiled wash cloth and towel and the bed was not crisp. The third room was acceptable but a little noisy above the pool. The lady at the front desk was apologetic. The continental breakfast was weaker than the typical LaQuinta breakfast. The entrance to the hotel is also tricky as the hotel sits back out of sight from several directions.

We were in Knoxville overnight. The hotel location was convenient to the interstate and a quick trip to downtown Knoxville. ... The room was spacious with a nice roomy bathroom. The room did not have a fridge or microwave which was the only negative point. Overall, it was a nice hotel and I would recommend it.
