Good hotel
Disneylander Nov 1, 2009
The hotel is quite nice and we thought the bed was the best part, absolutely heavenly. The free breakfast was a great touch; ... pancakes, french toast, eggs, bacon, toast, bagels, muffins, fruit, yogurt, etc. although the packages and french toast weren't very warm. The hot tub was very nice and it's late 11 pm closing time was great. The room was (typically) very big and would have been excellent for a family. The hotel isn't quite as nice as many other Embassy Suites as the rooms seem like their aging and not being kept up with as fast as their degenerating. Additionally, the location certainly isn't anything to write home about - it's a short drive to Disneyland and other OC attractions - a commercial/industrial area. Unfortunately, there was loud construction outside at 6 am on a Sunday morning.

The 'quick service' line at the breakfast buffet has everything except omelets and saves a lot of waiting time, particularly on busy weekends.

Nice deal
Randy Aug 25, 2009
Nice location to explore Los Angeles area attractions. Hotel staff was very friendly. Room was designed great for kids, with ... a pull out hide-a-bed. Swimming pool and jacuzzi were great after a long day walking in warm weather in the theme parks. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet very much.

Nana's Wonderful weekend
NANA Aug 10, 2009
The breakfast was wonderful the room was huge. I couldn't believe what a great hotel we got at this price. The only problem ... we had was at the beginning. They didn't have the room ready and after driving for 7 hours we had to wait another 30 mins to get out room. Had this not happened we'd have given them five stars instead of four.

Loved this hotel
Mary Jun 9, 2009
We have been to this hotel before and everything was at least the same if not better. The same: friendly and helpful staff, ... excellent full breakfast including omelets, pancakes & french toast, and fresh fruit, and a shuttle directly to/from Disneyland. Better: the room looked renovated and was extremely clean and well furnished. The maid service was excellent and everything smelled and looked great. No previous tobacco odors! The pools are wonderful, especially the jacuzzi after a long day at Disneyland, and it closes at 11:00pm! Overall, a family-friendly hotel at a reasonable price.

Excellent customer service
StrawPlainer May 16, 2009
I've paid more for hotels, but never had such pleasant service. Complimentary breakfast in the beautiful courtyard was ... delicious and of good quality. Housekeeping staff would gently inquire if we needed more towels, etc while we ate breakfast. The manager actually came to the manager's reception and kept our complimentary cocktails flowing. Koi pond was beautiful. Support staff continuously cleaned the common areas. Quality eliptical and recumbant bike. The bed and pillows were soft and inviting.....terrific experience!

The Embassy Suites Anaheim was a wonderful hotel! Loved out room was big and comfortable ! Loved the fact we had another room ... to go and watch tv and relax after so many long days and nights. Didnt have time to use the pool or exercise room but would have if had more time. The food at dinner and breakfast was wonderful and we ate breakfast every morning downstairs. Staff was great and friendly and always had a clean room and Had no problems with anything. There was a Restaurant bar close by and the food there was wonderful! would tell everyone to stay at this hotel, and i would again myself.
