Excellent service and compliments

Embassy suites has a nicely decorated and well kept interior, with rooms looking across an interior courtyard. The staff are ... all quite friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed the complimentary cocktails and cooked-to-order breakfast. The rooms are neat and spacious with modern LCD TVs.

The arts district (located near the river) has two excellent glass-blowing studios which are interesting and shiny.

We loved this hotel. It was convenient to everything we wanted to do. The staff was friendly and helpful. We love Embassy ... Suites, and plan to always stay there in any city we visit.

We went on the trip for a baseball tournament. The hotel was close to the fields and was very close to anything we wanted to ... do. The kids loved the hotel services and were able to have such a great experience.

Staff were extermely helpful, and friendly...enjoyed to options at breakfast, only challenge was the location was hard to ... find, but well worth the effort. May wish to check ahead if a large group has a booking.

The Embassy Suites Louisville was great place to stay! Staff very friendly and helpful. The rooms very spacious and quite ... comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. It was nice to come in after long day of work and unwind at the Manager's Reception. A nice touch. Embassy Suites will be my first choice in future travels.
