Nice Quiet and Friendly
Marc Jun 11, 2009
Apart the weather (we are, I think in June...) everything was OK, especially the room, clean and with a very nice small ... balcony. But what a poor breakfast compered to the usual continental breakfast, we use to have.

No surprise here. Plenty of fishing opportunities both on board a chater or head boat from the harbor or surfcasting almost anywhere. Johnnies bait and tackle and the Irish Pub down the street in Montauk were our favorite haunts.

Althought the place has dining facilities, we dedided to eat out. We had dinner that evening at Harbor on the Pond. Great sunsets! Breakfast was at John's Pancake house. Excellent!

Comfortable
Gary Oct 14, 2008
Clean and comfortable and located right on the water with a balcony. Housing staff very friendly. Location good, minutes ... from Montauk harbor and downtown Montauk. Ten minutes from the lighthouse. Left something behind and they were extremely acommodating finding the item and returning it. There was a single unpleasent experience. My son checked us out and said the clerk was miserable. No issues just as friendly as a rock. Nevertheless for the most part the staff was very courteous and helpful. Would return in a second at a similar price.

Relaxing & Serene
JoAnn Sep 26, 2007
The Montauk Yacht Club is a very nice place with a wonderful location. We only stayed one night and it was is the middle of ... the week so the hotel was a little quiet. We loved the location of the room, #101. It overlooked the water and part of the small beach area. It was beautiful to wake up in the morning and enjoy the sunrise. The staff that we encountered seemed to be attentive. The location is only minutes from everything. We would certainly stay there again.

Can't Wait To Go Back
Michele Apr 22, 2007
The place is very charming. The food is amazing, the staff extremely friendly and knowledgable. The room was very clean ... and had sliding glass doors that lead to a small deck with 2 Adirondack chairs to enjoy the view. The room came equipt with everything you need. Comfortable beds, a small fridge, ironing board and iron. The bathroom/shower/toilet was separate from the vanity room which is a nice set up. Great price for the stay. We cannot wait to go back!
