Great place for family vacation

We were there and spent the weekend at the Maine Lobster Festival in Rocland and Wiscasset. The room was clean but when we ... got up in the morning to go for breakfast we were locked in because the door lock was jammed. We were late for the church because the maintenance person had to get in through the window to get it unlocked for us. Good thing that we were on the first floor. Also, I had called the hotel few days before we got there and asked for an early check-in, the rep seemed very hepful but we got there almost 3:00pm and was told that the room was not ready. We felt quite disappointed about the service.
