The staff treated us as if we were the only people in the hotel. They were courteous and called use by name as we came and ... went for a difficult family situation of a funeral. They kept asking us if there was anything more they could do to make our stay better.

From changing the day of my travel to my stay in Marriot, the whole experience is just outstanding. The front desk people are ... so helpful and very professional. Excellent service. I couldn't thank them enough. I have traveled a lot but my experience with marriot is the most outstanding one. It is the best customer service I have ever received.

My expierence at the Courtyard at Pleasant Hill, was a great one. The clerk at the entrance was very friendly and helpful. ... The room we stayed in was very clean and real comfortable and the surroundings were great. There were plenty of places to eat at, not far from San Francisco and the city Pleasant Hill felt just like it's name pleasant. I would recomend it to everyone.

Stayed here for a business trip. Front desk staff very nice; hot tub was great. Room was clean. Extra space for couch, ... coffee table, table, internet available for laptop; computers, printer, internet available downstairs in lobby. Iron, coffee in room. Great. Only downside was no free breakfast. There was a little breakfast area, but had to pay. Overall, very satisfied.

The Courtyard by Marriot located in Pleasant Hill California was comfortable and clean. Great view from my balcony located on ... the fourt floor. Plenty of places to eat and shop.

The courtyard in walnut creek is the best place to stay when in walnut creek, CA. Theater and plenty of restaurants around to ... spend time after work. Not to forget free parking and internet help you save some money.
