They worked hard to make it right

Our plan was to hike a 14er. I called ahead to make sure their hot tub would be open and working [...]. After a 9 hr hike and ... an hour drive, we arrived at the hotel. Check in was easy. We ran up to change and went to the hot tub...it was closed. Evidently, they'd had a problem the day after I called and needed to close it for repairs. However, the staff was very empathetic and they worked hard to make it right. The rooms were very clean. Over all, it was a good stay. The continental breakfast was ok, but the internet was slow.

clean room, upscale per the beaver creek area. Very comfortable bed and good room cooling/ventilation. Staff very ... friendly. Met my needs very well.

Compared to the surrounding prices, this hotel had everything we needed. It is definately not a 5 star hotel but you getwhat ... you pay for. The room was a decent size and they had a hot tub which is great after skiing. The breakfast also did the job in the mornings. Only about 15 min to Vail resort.

Beaver creek was beautiful this time of year, and Vail Colorado is a short distance away. The Restaurants are also very good. They also have a home depot, and a Wal Mart close by.
