Las Vegas Dec 16, 2009
The first day checking in was okay. It was the days that we stayed there. The clean service did not change the sheet on the ... beds. They had given us dirty towels and no soap for the bathroom. I notice that myself and my family had been bitten by bugs ir whatever was in the beds. I was very sad to see that the hotel staff did not care that much about there hotel. When I returned home from my trip I called the front desk to complain and they sent me to the security office to file a complaint. I don't think I will use this hotel in the furture because of the poor service.

Gambling experience was outstanding. From the dealers to the Pit Bosses, they went out of their way to be of assistance. ... The management at this property is doing an outstanding job of guest relations, from top to bottom. Only negative, was the external maintenance noise outside of the building at early hours. The noise filtered through the room. Insignificant distraction. Best trip to Las Vegas in thirty years.

This was my first trip to Vegas, so the hotel experience overall was great. I shared the room with two other people, and it ... was spacious enough to accomodate all three of us. One thing that I really appreciated about the hotel was that the room was cleaned on a daily basis. Although there was a big casino, bar, and three to four clubs in the lobby, the hotel had so many floors that the noise was not heard on the floor that I stayed on which was the 25th. I stayed for five days and overall I was content. I do recommend eating outside of the hotel because a philly cheese steak and fries will run you $14. But do stop by the Fat Tuesday bar on the way to the parking garage for $1 jello shots made from 153 grain alcohol and $1 mother puckers coming in three flavors.
