Economy Rent A Car Terms and Conditions:
Confirmed rates are valid for reserved rental period. Holiday and other blackout periods may apply. Cars and car groups are subject to availability. Rates are non-discountable and cannot be combined with any other special coupon, discount or offer. Renter must present a valid drivers license at the time of rental and meet Economy Rent A Car's rental requirements. Proof of liability coverage valid in Costa Rica is required or purchase of this coverage is mandatory at the time of rental. Minimum age to rent a vehicle may vary by location; an additional daily surcharge may apply for renters under 21 years old. Taxes, local government surcharges, vehicle licensing fee and a concession fee up to 15% at some locations, optional items such as Collision Damage Waiver, additional driver fee, and refueling fee are extra. Returning a vehicle at a different location will result in a drop fee. Offer expires 10/31/10.

TACA Terms and Conditions:
Booking requirements: Tickets must be booked at least 14 in advance of travel. Fares may vary or be suppressed at any time and/or might not be available for all flights. Sample fares shown are based on required roundtrip booking for economy class travel on TACA Airlines.

Travel days/dates: Fares are valid for travel on any day if the week. Travel must be completed by 120 days after last date of departure.

Blackout dates: Fares are not valid for outbound travel December 10 through December 24, 2010 and fares are not valid for inbound travel January 1 through January 15, 2010.

Min./max. stay: A 3 day or Sunday night minimum stay is required and a maximum stay of 120 days is permitted.

*Additional taxes/fees: Fares displayed do not include: a September 11 Security Fee of $2.50 per flight segment; Passenger Facility Charges of up to $18, depending upon the itinerary chosen; any checked baggage fees charged by the airline; a Travel Facilities Tax of $8.10 each way for flights to/from Alaska or Hawaii; government taxes and fees of up to $200 (varies by destination and/or currency exchange rates at the time of purchase) for international and Puerto Rico/U.S. Virgin Islands destinations; and a Federal Domestic Flight Segment Fee of $3.70 per flight segment. A flight segment is defined as one takeoff and one landing.

Refunds/itinerary changes/cancellations: Itinerary changes, if permitted for the fare, will have a $50 service fee charged by Orbitz. Additional charges by the airline may apply.

Other conditions: Schedules, fares and rules are subject to change without notice. Seats are limited and may not be available on all flights/dates or in all markets. Lower fares may be available. Fares will not be honored retroactively or in exchange for any wholly/partially unused ticket. Tickets are nontransferable and nonrefundable. Total fare (including taxes, fees and charges, but not including checked baggage fees) is provided on the flight search results page, and fare rules are provided for the selected itinerary before your booking decision.
