*Additional taxes/fees: Fares displayed do not include (a) Passenger Facility Charges of up to $18 USD depending upon the itinerary chosen (b) Federal Segment Fee of $3.60 USD per flight segment (flight segment is defined as one takeoff and one landing) (c) September 11th Security Fee of $2.50 USD per flight segment that originates at a U.S. point. (d) For international and Puerto Rico/U.S. Virgin Islands destinations, government taxes and fees of up to $180, varying by destination, are not included and may vary slightly depending on currency exchange rates at the time of booking. Additional baggage charges may apply. Orbitz will add $25 USD (non-refundable) to each air ticket purchased by phone. Total fare (including taxes, fees and charges except additional baggage charges which may apply) is provided on the flight search results page, and fare rules are provided for the selected itinerary before your purchase decision.

Purchase requirements: Travel within the U.S. requires a 7-day advance purchase. Travel to Canada requires a 14-day advance purchase. Tickets must be booked no later than 11:59 p.m. on December 9, 2009. Fares shown are round-trip in USD for economy class travel, and round-trip purchase is required.

Travel days/dates: Travel is valid through January 4, 2010. Travel on off-peak days is valid on December 16-17, 2009; December 25, 2009; January 1, 2010 and January 4, 2010. Travel on peak days is valid on December 20-21, 2009; December 24, 2009 and December 30-31, 2009. Travel on super-peak days is valid on December 18-19, 2009; December 22-23, 2009; December 26, 2009 and December 28-29, 2009.

Blackout dates: None.

Min./max. stay: A 3-night, Friday night or Saturday night minimum stay is required and a 30-day maximum stay is permitted for travel within the U.S. For travel to Canada, fares do not require a roundtrip purchase.

Refunds/itinerary changes/cancellations: Tickets are non-refundable. No changes may be made after the ticketed departure date for any portion of the ticket. Changes made on or before departure are subject to fare rules, a $30 USD service fee per ticket charged by Orbitz plus a service fee of $150 USD per ticket plus any applicable fare difference charged by United Airlines.

Other conditions: Service is provided by United Airlines, Ted and United Express. All or portions of this service may be operated by other carriers doing business as United Express or as codeshare partners. Sale fares apply to U.S. point-of-sale only. Schedules, fares and rules are subject to change without notice. Fares will not be honored retroactively or in exchange for any wholly/partially unused ticket. Lower fares may be available. Specific fare rules are provided before your purchase decision.

Restrictions: Seats are limited and may not be available on all flights/dates or in all markets. Tickets are not transferable.
