By selecting the Full details option, you can view and print all the details of your itinerary. This information includes full cost summary, billing and trip reference field information along with any additional car rental, car service, hotel or flight information. The Full details version is several pages longer than the Summary or Receipt versions of your itinerary.
By selecting the Summary option, you can view and print a condensed version of your itinerary that provides the essential information you need to board a flight, check in at a hotel, pick up a rental car or confirm special instructions for a limo ride. The Summary version normally prints in two pages and is shorter than the Full Details or Receipt versions.
By selecting the Receipt option, you can view and print a condensed version of your itinerary along with expanded cost summary, billing and trip reference field information. You can submit this version of your itinerary for expense reporting. The Receipt view prints fewer pages than the Full details version and more pages than the Summary view.
