Booking requirements: Tickets must be booked at least 14 days in advance of travel, but no later than 11:59pm CT on January 12, 2010. Sample fares shown are based on required roundtrip booking for economy class travel on United Airlines, Lufthansa, Continental Airlines or Air Canada.
Travel days/dates: Travel is valid Sunday through Thursday; other day of week travel will be higher. Travel must be completed by March 18, 2010.
Blackout dates: None.
Min./max. stay: A Saturday night minimum stay is required and a maximum stay on 30 days is permitted.
*Additional taxes/fees: Fares displayed do not include: a September 11 Security Fee of $2.50 per flight segment; Passenger Facility Charges of up to $18, depending upon the itinerary chosen; any checked baggage fees charged by the airline; a Travel Facilities Tax of $8.10 each way for flights to/from Alaska or Hawaii; and a Federal Domestic Flight Segment Fee of $3.70 per flight segment. A flight segment is defined as one takeoff and one landing.
Refunds/itinerary changes/cancellations: Itinerary changes, if permitted for the fare, will have a $30 service fee charged by Orbitz. Additional charges by the airline may apply.
Other conditions: Schedules, fares and rules are subject to change without notice. Seats are limited and may not be available on all flights/dates or in all markets. Lower fares may be available. Fares will not be honored retroactively or in exchange for any wholly/partially unused ticket. Tickets are nontransferable and nonrefundable.
