*ADDITIONAL TAXES/FEES: Fares displayed do not include (a) Passenger Facility Charges of up to $18 USD depending upon the itinerary chosen (b) Federal Segment Fee of $3.60 USD per flight segment (flight segment is defined as one takeoff and one landing) (c) September 11th Security Fee of $2.50 USD per flight segment that originates at a U.S. point. For international and Puerto Rico/U.S. Virgin Islands destinations, government taxes and fees of up to $180, varying by destination, are not included and may vary slightly depending on currency exchange rates at the time of booking. Additional baggage charges may apply. Orbitz will add $25 USD (non-refundable) to each air ticket booked by phone. Total fare (including taxes and charges, except additional baggage charges, which may apply) is provided on the flight search results page, and fare rules are provided for the selected itinerary before your booking decision. Lower fares may be available to select destinations.
ADVANCE PURCHASE/TICKETING: Tickets must be booked at least 3 days prior to departure but no later than 11:59 p.m. CST on December 31, 2009.
LENGTH OF STAY: No minimum stay is required and a 30 day maximum stay is allowed.
TRAVEL DATES: Outbound travel is valid beginning November 19, 2009, for all destinations except Governors Harbour, which is valid for travel beginning November 20, 2009. All travel must be complete by January 31, 2010.
TRAVEL DAYS: Sale fares are valid for travel daily.
BLACKOUT DATES: Fares from the U.S. are not valid for travel December 18-24, 26-28, 2009. Fares to the U.S. are not valid for travel January 2-4, 2010.
REFUNDS/ITINERARY CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS: Tickets are nonrefundable and nontransferable. Changes must be made before your ticketed flight's scheduled departure time and will incur a service fee of $30 USD per ticket charged by Orbitz and an additional service of $150 plus any applicable difference in fare charged by American Airlines. If you cancel your flight prior to scheduled departure time, the ticket will be valid for one year from the date of issue on an unused ticket or one year from travel origination on a partially used ticket. If you do not cancel your flight before scheduled departure time, the ticket has no value.
OTHER CONDITIONS: Service to/from North Eleuthera (ELH) does not operate on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday. Service to/from Governors Harbour (GHB) does not operate on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. Service to/from Treasure Cay (TCB) does not operate on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Advertised fares are valid only on American Airlines, American Eagle, and AmericanConnection and do not apply to other codeshare flights. Seats are limited. Fares may not be available on all flights. Schedules are subject to change without notice. A portion or all travel booked on American Airlines may be operated by American Eagle or AmericanConnection.
