*Additional taxes/fees: Fares displayed do not include (a) Passenger Facility Charges of up to $18 USD depending upon the itinerary chosen (b) Federal Segment Fee of $3.60 USD per flight segment (flight segment is defined as one takeoff and one landing) (c) September 11th Security Fee of $2.50 USD per flight segment that originates at a U.S. point. For international and Puerto Rico/U.S. Virgin Islands destinations, government taxes and fees of up to $180, varying by destination, are not included and may vary slightly depending on currency exchange rates at the time of booking. Additional baggage charges may apply. Orbitz will add $25 USD (non-refundable) to each air ticket booked by phone. Total fare (including taxes and charges, except additional baggage charges, which may apply) is provided on the flight search results page, and fare rules are provided for the selected itinerary before your booking decision. Lower fares may be available to select destinations.
Purchase requirements: Tickets must be booked at least 3 days in advance of travel, but no later than 11:59 p.m. CT on December 15, 2009.
Travel days/dates: Travel is valid Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday. Fares on Monday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday are slightly higher. Travel is valid January 1 through February 10, 2010 and May 1 through May 23, 2010.
Blackout dates: January 1 and January 3, 2010.
Min./max. stay: No minimum or maximum stay restrictions apply.
Refunds/itinerary changes/cancellations: Tickets are non-refundable. Tickets whose reservations are cancelled after the ticketed departure date may have no value subject to carrier rules. Itinerary changes will have a $30 USD service fee per ticket charged by Orbitz and an additional fee of $75 USD per ticket plus any applicable fare difference charged Virgin America Airways.
Other conditions Seats are limited, subject to availability, and may not be available on all flights. Flight may not operate daily during off-peak periods. Sale fares apply to U.S. point-of-sale only. Schedules, fares and rules are subject to change without notice. Fares will not be honored retroactively or in exchange for any wholly or partially used ticket. Fares are not applicable to check-through connecting flights for city pairs where direct flights are offered. Lower fares may be available. Specific fare rules are provided before your booking decision.
Restrictions: Seats are limited and may not be available on all flights/dates or in all markets. Tickets are not transferable.
